
Slow Down Meditation

This meditation (with music) will guide and support you as you slow down. Slowing and soothing your body, your breath, and your mind. Offering you calm, peace, and space. Allowing your nervous system to soften into rest and repair mode. Inviting your entire being to take a moment, to pause, and slow down. This meditation is wonderful at any time of day - to ease into your day with room to breathe, or to reset and wind down after a full day. It's also extra helpful in times of stress, tension, anxiety or busyness. The background music is "Deep Sleep – Reimagined " by Insight Timer teacher Chris Collins (purchased and used with permission).
