This meditation (with music) will guide and support you as you slow down. Slowing and soothing your body, your breath, and your mind. Offering you calm, peace, and space. Allowing your nervous system to soften into rest and repair mode. Inviting your entire being to take a moment, to pause, and slow down. This meditation is wonderful at any time of day - to ease into your day with room to breathe, or to reset and wind down after a full day. It's also extra helpful in times of stress, tension, anxiety or busyness. The background music is "Deep Sleep – Reimagined " by Insight Timer teacher Chris Collins (purchased and used with permission).

I invite you to take a big,

Beautiful breath,

And in this moment,

To slow down.

Consciously slow the breath,

Consciously slow the mind,

Allowing every part of your being to sink and soften into slow,

Letting the sensation of slow seep through the cracks and into every part of your being and your body.

Allow yourself the gift of a minute,

Of a moment,

To slow down.

And as you do this,

Know that you are tending to the temple of yourself,

To the temple of your soul,

That you're supporting your incredible body and all of its systems,

That you're offering your mind a moment to rest,

A moment to breathe,

A moment to just be.

And so I invite you to slow your body,

To slow your being,

To slow your breath.

I invite you,

In this moment,

To be slow,

To breathe,

And to rest.
