Hi beautiful soul,
And welcome to your time.
Today we're going to spend a few minutes together,
Moving out of our head and into our heart.
So as we begin,
I invite you to make yourself divinely comfortable.
Taking a few breaths in and out in your own natural time and pace.
Allowing yourself to relax the face,
And as you breathe,
Letting yourself relax the jaw.
Just finding your breath,
Feeling your breath,
And letting yourself breathe easy.
So if you find that you spend a lot of time in your head,
In intellect,
If you work in ways that require a lot of knowing or knowledge,
If you find yourself running ideas,
Overwhelmed,
Busy mind,
Feeling like there's a lot to process,
This can be a beautiful way to relax that mental energy,
And breathe a little bigger into the heart.
We're going to flow with a gentle visualisation today,
And I want to reassure every part of you before we begin,
That whatever your process is,
Is perfect.
Whether you see or know or feel,
Whether you sense or intend,
Or whether you just follow the process,
Please know and trust that every part of you will receive whatever it needs for its highest good here today.
And with that you can relax and rest easy.
So I wonder if you can see,
Sense,
Imagine,
Intend.
Walking into the lobby of a great big building,
And just seeing how it's decorated.
And as you look around this lobby,
This entrance hall,
To this beautiful big building,
You notice in front of you the buttons for an elevator.
And you can walk up to this button,
And press the down arrow,
Calling the elevator to you.
You might hear the lift bell ding.
You might see the lift light illuminate,
As this lift reaches your floor.
And your floor right now is being in your mind,
In your head,
In the noise and the busyness of all that is present in your head for you right now.
And as the lift doors open,
You can step inside.
Again you might notice that it's decorated in particular ways,
Perhaps there's music.
And as you turn to look at the panel within the lift,
You notice there's just one other button,
And it says H for heart.
You press the H button,
With the intent of travelling down from your head to your heart.
And you can watch or intend as the lift doors close.
And then see or sense or feel or intend that lift travelling downwards from the head,
Down through the body to the heart.
And as we do this,
It may simply feel like standing in the lift as it travels by itself.
Or you might like to visualise or intend,
See or sense or feel.
Your consciousness,
Your awareness,
Your energy,
Your focus,
Beginning to move from up in that head.
Travelling down across the forehead,
Down the bridge of the nose,
Down the face,
Down the chin,
Down the back of the neck,
Down through that chest cavity.
And allowing your intention,
Your awareness,
Your consciousness,
Your focus to really land in that heart space.
And as you arrive in the heart space,
The lift bell chimes,
The light illuminates,
The doors open,
And you can step out of that lift and into your heart space.
And as you step into the spaciousness,
The limitlessness,
And that beautiful unconditional love frequency of the heart space,
I invite you to allow your body to soften.
Softening into the safety of the heart.
Softening into the support of the heart.
And if you'd like to,
Allowing yourself to take a seat,
To sit in the centre of your heart.
Simply feel the flow,
The frequency of what is there for you.
Of what it feels like to be fully in your heart.
To have your focus,
Your awareness,
Your consciousness fully in the heart.
You might like to spend a minute now,
Feeling into what's there for you within that heart space.
Looking or sensing around the space.
Allowing yourself to feel incredibly safe,
Light,
And free in this space.
And if there's anything you've been feeling challenged by,
Worrying about,
Wondering about,
I wonder if you can invite your heart to provide you with insight,
With clarity,
With illumination.

Breathing into the heart,
Breathing with the heart.

I invite you to take a moment to allow yourself to move from the busyness,
The noise of the mind.
And now,
I invite you to allow yourself to move from the busyness,
The noise of the mind.
Giving you full access to all of the love,
The trust,
The peace,
The calm,
The connection,
The contentment,
The safety,
The nurture,
The care,
The compassion,
The support.
Whatever it is you need,
It is always with you.
It is always within you.
And you have access to it in any and every moment that you need.
I invite you to take one more beautiful full breath in and out.
Feeling that beautiful fullness of the heart.
As you begin to bring your awareness back to the room,
Back to the space that you're in,
Back to the present,
Back to the day-to-day,
I invite you to bring with you from that heart space all of that beautiful peace and connection that you've cultivated and created here today.
