Energy Upgrade Support

This gentle, guided meditation has been lovingly crafted to support you as you navigate the recent energy upgrades. This soothing healing meditation will invite your body into balance and invite your chakras, energy centres and energetic protection to upgrade and move into alignment so you can safely and comfortably embody and express as your lightest, most divine self.

Hi beautiful soul,

Welcome to your time.

We've been in the flow of some pretty big energy upgrades recently,

And the way that we've been dealing with that as individuals has been different for everyone.

Many people have been mentioning to me they've been feeling a bit heavy,

A bit extra tired,

Perhaps feeling a bit sluggish in the body,

A bit slow in the mind,

A bit foggy.

And experiencing different expressions of challenge,

Different experiences of old frustrations and difficulties.

So please know if you've been feeling a little heavier,

A little less motivated,

Or finding things a little more difficult than usual recently,

You are not alone.

So we're going to spend a little bit of time together today,

Just bringing pure light and love and support and healing in for your physical,

Your biological,

Your energetic being.

In order to support every part of you to be able to easily access and embody and enjoy and relax into this new light of frequency that's been flowing into our structure.

So if you'd like to,

I invite you to make yourself comfortable.

Close down your eyes if you'd like to.

And just know and remember that as we flow today,

Your unconscious,

Your subconscious,

Your body,

Your cells,

Your selves,

Your highest self,

Will know exactly what to do with what is presented here.

And before we begin,

I wish to state that we are only welcoming that which is for your highest good today.

Anything that is not for your highest good is not welcome here.

So as we begin,

We set the intent that as we flow,

Whatever is outdated,

Is no longer needed,

Is no longer necessary,

Is no longer serving you,

Is no longer of service for you,

Is now able to be safely,

Gently,

Easily and completely released from wherever it has been stored within your being,

Your body,

Your cells,

Your selves,

Across all time and space,

Across all layers,

Levels,

Dimensions,

Realms and expressions of your being.

Allowing you to be free from any old emotions,

Energies,

Memories,

Conditions,

Conditioning.

Any old cords or ties or binds or contracts.

Anything that's ready to be completed,

Released or cleared.

Freeing you completely from old energy structures that are now outdated.

And allowing your entire being and body to feel completely safe,

Protected,

Supported and nurtured as we work.

And I call in your highest self,

Your highest guides,

Your highest light,

Your angels,

Your ascended masters,

Your cosmic and galactic healing teams,

Your gods,

Your goddesses.

All of your cosmic and galactic support teams here for your highest good.

To ensure that all that occurs today is for your highest good.

And we ask for beautiful,

Gentle healing through all of your physical and biological cells and structures.

Providing safe regulation through the nervous system,

Through the respiratory system,

Through the immune system,

Through any and all of the biological and physiological systems in your beautiful human body.

Allowing your body to relax.

And allowing your body and your being to return to its natural mode of self repair,

Of self healing.

Allowing it to remember and know that it knows what it needs in order to be balanced,

In order to be aligned.

We ask that that physical body of yours,

That beautiful human structure,

Be supported as it upgrades its ability to receive,

To access,

To hold and enjoy and express even more light.

We ask that the layers of your energy field are healed and cleared.

Providing you with all of the protection,

Nourishment,

Nurture and support that you need in this upgraded energy.

Letting go of all old low frequency signatures,

Coding,

Contracts,

Conditions,

Conditioning.

Any old low frequency structures that are no longer working for you,

That are no longer offering you the support and protection you need.

And instead calling in beautiful pure golden white light,

To offer you upgraded energetic protection.

Upgraded energetic support,

For every part of your being.

For every part of your structure.

We ask that all of your energetic systems are supported,

Are upgraded,

Are aligned,

Are balanced,

Are harmonised,

Are stabilised.

Going through the energy centres,

Through the chakras.

Asking that any and all of your chakras that require upgrade,

That that is done safely and gently,

Easily and completely for your highest good.

Expanding your capacity to receive,

Embody and enjoy even more light.

And allowing your body to harmonise and be at one with that highest light.

Passing through the energy meridians,

Through the energy field,

Through all of the layers of your energetic bodies.

The mental body.

The emotional body.

The energetic body.

Bringing balance through your life being,

Your light being and your star being.

Allowing your soul to be supported.

Your radiance to be gently ignited.

Allowing you to access any remembering now,

Of your highest expression,

Of your highest gifts,

Of your spiritual gifts that need to be returned to you now.

We ask for balancing through the elements,

Through the planets,

Through the zodiacs.

Bringing every expression and essence of you into beautiful,

Blissful,

Peaceful divine harmony.

Allowing you to return and reconnect with your lightest expression of self.

Allowing you to feel clear and beautifully grounded but so radiantly and safely expanded.

I'm going to invite you to tune in.

To take a minute now to just breathe,

To feel into your being.

And allow yourself consciously or unconsciously to connect with and receive whatever you most need in this moment,

Through this process,

To support your energetic upgrade.

And as we begin to round out this process,

I invite you to offer thanks to your body,

To your being,

To your heart,

Your mind,

To your guides,

To your highest light team.

Thanking them for all of their assistance here today.

And in this beautiful new upgraded expression of you,

Of your energy,

Just taking one clear breath from this space.

Breathing into your light.

Feeling the lightness of your being.

And allowing yourself to fully exhale.

Feeling that sense of divine alignment.

Feeling centered and clear in yourself.

Feeling beautifully comfortable and present in your body.

And feeling infinitely safe and protected by your upgraded energy field,

And your upgraded energy protection.

I invite you to check back in with yourself,

With or without me,

Whenever you need to.

Knowing that even when things begin to become a little wobbly,

A little heavy,

A little challenging,

You can set the intent or flow with this process to offer easeful upgrade to all of your systems,

Your structures,

Your being.

To every single part of you that may need support as you access and embody and enjoy even more light.
