Finding a comfortable place to sit or lie down,

You could close your eyes or soften the muscles around your eyes and fix your attention somewhere forward.

As you take these deep breaths,

Bring your attention to the center of your abdomen.

As you inhale,

Feel that area expand.

And as you exhale,

Feel everything pull back towards the center.

Inhale,

Feel everything expand.

And exhale,

Feel everything pull back towards the center.

Repeat this a few times on your own.

This is a meditation on the tarot card,

The Magician.

The Magician wants to remind you that you have all of the tools that you need to heal right now.

You just have to learn how to use them.

Keeping in mind the elements of this tarot deck,

First start with the suit of eyes.

Bring to mind the intellectual gifts that you have.

Bring to mind the intellectual gifts that you have.

Your gifts of power.

Bring to mind your gifts of power and drive,

Like in the hands suit.

Now,

Calling in the hips suit,

Bring to mind your emotional gifts.

Bring to mind your emotional and relational gifts.

Bring to mind any gifts of stability,

Structure,

Or physical experience that you have.

Bring to mind any gifts of structure,

Stability,

Or physical experience.

Now,

Calling all of these gifts to mind,

Again bring your attention to the center of your abdomen.

As you inhale,

Feel those gifts expand throughout your body.

As you exhale,

Settle into those gifts.

Inhale,

Feel those gifts expand throughout your body.

As you exhale,

Settle into those gifts.

Repeat this a few times on your own.

And remind yourself of all of the gifts you already have.
