And this is a meditation for uplifting your consciousness with the Seraphim.
The Seraphim are a group of angels who exist in a very high frequency of spiritual consciousness.
Their awareness is a constant outpouring of divine love,
A flowing river of the purest essence of Source.
These celestial beings provide incredibly pure and focused access to higher consciousness.
They are the teachers and way-showers of the ascended masters,
And can guide and teach you on your path of consciousness ascension too.
Take a moment to get comfortable in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed,
And we will begin.
Close your eyes and allow your body to relax.
Deepen and lengthen your breaths,
Allowing a soothing,
Restful rhythm to flow throughout your being.
Every nerve,
Muscle,
And joint softens,
Relaxing into the healing rest and peace that flows through your being now.
A soft blue-colored light descends from the heavens and begins to flow through your body like a peaceful river.
Breathe this blue light in,
Allowing it to fill every cell of your body and every wave of your awareness.
A calm,
Cooling sensation flows through your being as the blue light cleanses every thought and feeling in your consciousness.
The light dissolves all attachment to thought,
Freeing your essence into the infinite,
Miraculous stillness around you.
Breathe long and deep.
Allow yourself to become a vast and still,
Open vessel for the pure,
Flowing essence of the universe.
A river of formless,
Pure awareness.
Bring it in.
Reach out.
With your next deep,
Soothing inhale,
Gather in your consciousness.
And as you exhale,
Feel your entire mental plane stretch upwards into delicious,
Glittering silence.
Think in this change in frequency.
Our whole being has now been transported to a high plane of spiritual resonance.
The Archangels Michael and Metatron appear before you.
They are here to escort you to the Seraphim.
Metatron places his hands above your crown chakra,
The energy center at the top of your head.
Breathe in deeply and feel as Metatron channels waves of golden energy into your crown chakra.
The golden light pours down your spine,
Filling each of your energy centers down to your tailbone.

Metatron stretches his arms wide around you,
As a beautiful,
Geometric figure of light forms within and around your energy field.
This golden energy structure is your spiritual vehicle of transportation into the highest spheres of divine consciousness.
Breathe deeply and observe as this beautiful geometric structure of light gently revolves around you.
Notice as the golden light softly lifts you into a state of love.
The dawning sensation of love now rises into all that is you.
Archangel Michael steps forward and takes your hands.
Gaze into Michael's eyes and feel how perfectly safe,
Supported,
And well you are.
White light pours out from Archangel Michael,
Creating a bright,
Sparkling vortex of light.
Together,
You rise through the vortex as if ascending an elevator,
Higher and higher,
Into the mind of the divine.
You are now rising into a beautiful,
Shining seed of white light.
Michael guides you into the center of the shining seed.
Breathe deeply and feel as white light floods your being.
As you breathe,
You can sense a very fast,
High-vibrating frequency spreading all around you.
A circle of celestial beings appears around you now.
Powerful,
High-vibrating waves of love pour out from them.
The light their presence exudes is so powerful,
So miraculously overflowing with love that it seems to strip reality bare,
Revealing its purest essence,
The divine essence of God.
These are the seraphim.
Breathe deeply and integrate this beautiful moment with the seraphim.
Notice that the powerful,
Divine essence that flows through these beings instantly begins to dissolve the structures of your ego.
Breathe deeply,
Relax,
And allow these changes to take place.
Do not fear the angel speak,
For the only one capable of experiencing fear is the ego.
The ego under the false perspective that you are somehow separate from God.
You are not your ego,
And it is impossible for you to be separate from God in any way.
And so,
It is safe to allow your ego to dissolve here and now.
Breathe deeply,
Trust,
And receive the light of the seraphim.
Trust and allow all of the changes that now flow through your consciousness,
Remembering that it is safe to transform back to your purest,
God-given essence.
Take just one step forward,
And immediately reveal theνοΏ½ The You The vision of the Seraphim softly begins to fade around you,
Leaving behind a brilliant rainbow-colored halo of light.
Your being continues to gently echo with the Seraphim's frequency.
Their high resonating,
Endless outpouring of divine knowingness seems to sing through your spirit.
Feeling the sensation,
Holy,
Holy,
Holy.
With your next deep breath,
See and feel as the rainbow-colored light wraps around you in a gently revolving sphere.
The presence of many ascended masters encircle you.
These are the human beings who have ascended through consciousness into enlightenment as instruments of the divine consciousness of love before you.
They are smiling,
Channeling their love and support into your heart,
And celebrating this beautiful step that you have taken today.
Together with the Archangels Michael and Metatron,
The ascended masters gently carry all of your presence back to your physical body and the earthly plane.
These beings communicate that each time you practice purifying your consciousness as you have done today,
You become a stronger vessel for the eternal light of the divine.
You may call upon any of these heavenly beings at any time for guidance as you continue to grow in higher consciousness.
Remember that you are love's instrument and a light in this world.
Rest here and breathe into your physical body as you integrate heaven's energy.
When you are ready,
You may open your eyes and return to your waking world.
