Hi,

I'm Sarah Hall,

And this is a meditation for healing with Jesus.

Jesus is a powerful and loving healer who teaches us to love transcendently.

Divine love is our origin and true home.

Do you have the ability to live from this state?

Begin by relaxing in a quiet,

Comfortable place,

And we will begin.

Slowly and gently,

Fill your lungs with sweet,

Calming breaths.

Breathe slowly,

Deeply,

And evenly.

With each breath you take,

Notice that your body and mind are becoming more and more deeply relaxed.

You are gently moving into a state of stillness and peace,

Helping you to be very present,

Open,

And aware now.

You will now connect closely with Jesus.

Visualize that you are standing beneath a beautiful,

Old tree.

A man dressed in simple,

Ordinary clothing approaches you and smiles with genuine warmth and love.

And feel the deep calm and stillness of his presence.

His presence is so still and so holy peaceful that it seems to encompass everything.

He is so centered,

Present,

And still that his awareness seems to encompass an expansive,

Vastness of being.

This awareness simultaneously encompasses the land around you,

The core of your heart and mind,

And emanates from what seems to be the highest,

Most singularly unified form of consciousness there is—the heart of God.

Jesus puts his arms around you and embraces you.

Breathe deeply and softly relax into this beautiful hug.

Feel your hearts beating.

Feel the rise and fall of your chests with each of your full,

Deep breaths.

And feel the deep calm and stillness of your presence.

As you gently pull away from the hug,

Jesus smiles with deep warmth and affection.

He beckons you to sit on the soft grass across from him.

Enjoy this moment.

Notice the way Jesus' presence makes you feel.

He's comfortable and relaxed as if you are with your best friend.

Notice the way Jesus' presence seems to be one with your heart and mind.

He feels and understands you truly and wholly.

You feel so incredibly seen,

Understood,

And loved.

Jesus would like to take you on an adventure.

Jesus would like to take you on an inner journey now to remember your true,

God-given state of perfect peace and love.

Jesus takes your hands in his,

Surrounding them with a warm,

Healing energy.

He gently guides you to close your eyes and go into your own heart.

Visualize your heart and see within it a divine seed of light.

This light within you is the presence of God,

Jesus explains.

It is your doorway to the heart and creative seat of all existence.

You are one with it now and forever shall be.

Go into the light and feel your oneness with the source of all creation.

Go into the light and feel your oneness with the source of all creation.

Jesus explains that existence is a singular,

Unified form.

A unified force of great,

All-knowing,

All-mighty,

And all-creating love.

You are that love.

In truth,

You have never left this state of heavenly perfection and peace.

God created you to be this love.

To exist as one with all the creative power in the universe.

What God gives can never be taken away.

You are divine perfection and divine love.

All that you need to do to restore this state of consciousness within you is simply to forgive the illusion of being separate from it.

Jesus will now guide you on a journey of forgiveness.

Take a moment to scan your body and mind and notice if there are any seeming blocks or disruptions to the flow of perfect harmony and love in your life.

Notice all the aspects of your life that your mind encompasses.

And simply take note of where any seeming disruption or resistance to the flow of love or displeasure has come from.

Surround these seeming obstructions with light,

From the inexhaustible wellspring of infinite light at the center of your heart.

Take gently to these seeming obstructions,

Repeating,

I forgive you and release you with love.

Notice as each obstruction in your body dissolves and disappears,

Leaving your being flowing freely,

Healthfully,

And harmoniously.

Free from being at the center of your mind as it is.

And now repeat.

I am love.

I now forgive all experiences and beliefs I have ever had that have in any way seemed to separate me from love.

I forgive and release all illusions of pain in my life.

I forgive and release all illusions of sickness in my life.

I forgive and release all illusions of loneliness in my life.

I forgive and release all illusions of anger in my life.

I forgive and release all illusions of confusion or doubt in my life.

I forgive and release all illusions of separateness from perfect love in my life.

I forgive all of this now and in all directions of time.

Imagine that your energy is a light that is now joining with the light of Jesus.

See that light wrapping around planet earth in a beautiful blanket of love.

In this light,

You are experiencing your true oneness with Jesus and with all the love in the universe.

This light is one in the same energetic frequency as Christ consciousness.

Feel the light of Christ consciousness transform you.

Notice as your body,

Mind,

And spirit flow with even greater freedom,

Ease,

And comfort as your true loving nature takes effect.

This light is one of the most powerful and powerful energies in the universe.

This light is one of the most powerful and powerful energies in the universe.

As your energy transforms in the light of the Christ mind,

So too does earth's energy transform along with all of its inhabitants.

The Christ consciousness would now like to guide you in bringing healing and love to the planet.

Repeat the following affirmation.

I am love.

Notice as you repeat these words that your inner spiritual voice is joining with those of all living beings.

In effect,

When you speak this truth,

You are speaking for the world.

Repeat the affirmation once more as you chorus with all of existence.

I am love.

Observe as your words echo throughout the planet,

As every shred of despair is replaced with hope and peace.

Repeat I am love.

Watch as all darkness is replaced with light,

And all fear with faith.

And repeat I am love.

Watch as all the ignorance of hatred is replaced with love and forgiveness.

And repeat I am love.

Watch as all sadness is replaced with joy,

And all that is lost is restored with truth.

And repeat once more.

I am love.

All traces of any tension nor negativity are now dissolving and shifting to a frequency of pure love.

You and the Earth have returned to your original state of perfect health,

Harmony,

And joy.

Breathe deeply and allow this feeling to unfold.

Jesus beckons you to now return to your body,

Where you sit across from him at the base of the tree.

Take a moment to gaze into Jesus' eyes and hold his hands,

Feeling a deep understanding and appreciation for this experience of becoming all that Jesus has taught.

Know that you can practice holding this state of consciousness at any moment,

Strengthening its presence in your life.

Jesus smiles and invites you to take a deep breath as you repeat the following affirmation in unison with him.

I am the essence of pure love.

Pure love allows me to be almighty,

All-knowing,

And therefore God-realized.

Because I live in a state of love.

I live in a state of God.

God is a state of love within me.

In this state of pure love,

Love is all I see and all I have to give to the world.

With love,

I see beyond all limitations.

With God,

All things are possible.

With love,

I am a channel for miracles.

Jesus embraces you once more,

Giving you a personal,

Special message of love as his gift to you.

Listen for this message now.

I know you are not alone.

You rest here with Jesus as long as you wish.

When you are ready,

You may take a long deep breath to gently open your eyes and rejoin the waking world.
