I'm Sarah Hall and this is a meditation for psychic clearing and protection.

In times where we feel fear,

Worry,

Or excessive tiredness,

Our experiences often involve imbalances in our energy.

As all of life translates to its most basic form as pure energy,

Often referred to as spirit,

It is very helpful to uplift and heal ourselves at our most basic energy level.

For when we heal,

Nurture,

And protect our spiritual energy,

We are resolving any imbalances in life where the root of the issue exists.

In this meditation,

We will work with Archangel Michael,

The universal spirit guide of protection.

Michael will help us deeply detoxify our energy fields and then shield us from any form of negative energy.

Michael helps us uplift our vibration to one of love and peace,

So that we only attract what is positive and healthy for us in our lives.

Thank you so much for joining me today in creating more serenity,

Peace,

And protection on earth.

From now,

Find a comfortable place where you will not be disturbed,

And we will begin.

Close your eyes and begin to deepen and lengthen your breaths.

Move into the center of your mind and find its core seed.

Visualize it as a glowing sphere of radiant,

Diamond-like white light.

Pull yourself tight and compact into the seed.

In here it is silent.

Breathe the silence in,

Pulling it deep into your body.

As you exhale,

Let go of all the extraneous movement in your consciousness.

Breathe in,

Pulling all of your light into the seed,

Willing all of your energy to flow inward.

And exhale.

No thoughts touch you here.

Rather they flow like passing clouds outside the seed.

Its primordial spark of consciousness.

Your instant window to the seat of all existence.

Allow the seed to transcend space,

And imagine that it has expanded to encompass a beautiful inner temple.

Take a moment to look around.

What does your temple look like?

Feel like.

Smell like.

Sound like.

Explore this gorgeous expression of your unique,

Individual divinity.

This is your sacred space.

It is yours and yours alone.

Here nothing can touch you,

For that would be impossible by the laws of the universe.

This is your safe,

Divine place.

None may enter without your express permission.

And nothing can draw you out against your will.

In here,

You and only you have all the power of the universe at your fingertips.

As you breathe in,

Feel and explore this power radiate and hum throughout your body.

The first thing to remember in reclaiming your protection,

Wellbeing,

And inner peace is that in divine truth,

We are always safe and fully taken care of.

What God gives,

It gives eternally and irrevocably,

And our safety and protection is God-given.

Great heavenly love,

Bliss,

Completion,

Peace,

Security,

And wellbeing are ours by right of our very existence.

This is changeless and irrevocable.

There is literally nothing that you can ever do,

Experience,

Or become that can take away from your true form of God-given,

Heavenly protection.

The love that creates the universe is truly unconditional.

Let's join with that love fully now.

Listen that your divine space is transforming into an orb of brilliant diamond-white light.

It begins to spin.

Listen to the comforting sound of its soft,

Humming vibration.

Now let it begin to float upwards.

You are traveling through space to a luminous golden horizon above you.

As you near it,

You are feeling overcome with awe,

Wonder,

And love.

Let the grace and beauty wash over you and through you like oceanic waves.

You are passing through a luminous golden mist,

Upwards towards an electric dancing,

High vibrating white light.

With each exhale,

Let the feelings of awesome joyousness wash over and throughout your being,

Bringing tingling,

Newborn particles of love into your essence.

Their touch,

Like a spray of fine mist,

Cooling,

Brightening,

And uplifting you with peace and joy.

You now stand at the last edge of the heart of the universe.

This is the seed of God,

The holiest bosom,

The last hearth,

The core of existence in which all that has ever existed is one.

In is the total harmony and purity of ultimate singularity,

Existence as pure oneness with the all.

Gaze into the light.

Feel its vast,

Glorious love for you humming like a heartbeat.

And if you feel guided,

Let yourself rejoin with it now.

For a moment,

Go home,

Return to yourself,

And let the emotions wash over you.

On your next inhale,

Gather yourself up,

And as you exhale,

Let yourself float from this light,

Reborn and renewed from the fountain of all creation.

Archangel Michael awaits you just outside the God hearth,

And catches you in his strong,

Luminous arms.

Together you hug in a beautiful embrace.

Breathe his strength in and out.

Archangel Michael now asks your permission to clear and shield your life from all negative energies and presences.

If you feel ready,

Invite Michael in.

He smiles and lifts his glowing sword of white light in his hand.

He scans your body for any etheric cords,

Which are negative energy attachments that may drain you or send toxic energy towards you due to a negative relationship,

Situation,

Or fear.

And with his sword of light,

Archangel Michael cuts through these cords of fear one by one,

Detaching them from your body,

Freeing you from their bonds.

Ä Michael also scans your body for any signs of psychic attack in the form of energetic debris that could have attached to you due to negativity or fear-based thoughts,

Either from you or from someone else.

Michael reassures you that no one can touch your energy without your permission,

And using an etheric vacuum,

Michael gently and yet powerfully suctions away any and all debris from your person.

Breathe deeply as you let the slings and arrows of the past go.

Breathe deeply and assimilate these changes as your energy is cleansed and purified.

As the vacuum does its work on you,

Notice any thoughts or feelings that pass through you as they make their way out of your life.

Ask yourself,

Whom do I need to forgive?

To whomever comes to mind,

Whether it is one person or several,

Strongly and lovingly declare,

I forgive you and release you with love.

I forgive you and release you with love.

You no longer have my permission to access my personal energy out of negativity.

And I now end and release any negative interaction in which I may have engaged with you.

I forgive you and release you with love.

And choose healthful boundaries and future communications to set our relationship back into harmony with the highest good for everyone involved.

Breathe deeply and listen to the affirmation once more,

Simply letting it resonate through your heart.

I forgive you and release you with love.

You no longer have my permission to access my energy out of negativity.

And I now end and release any negative interaction in which I may have engaged with you.

I forgive you and release you with love.

And choose healthful boundaries and future communications to set our relationship back into harmony with the highest good for everyone involved.

Breathe deeply and now let them go and feel the clarity,

Wholesomeness,

And renewal of innocence that washes over you on these waves of forgiveness.

I forgive you and release you with love.

You are now sparkling clean,

And Michael says it is time to seal you up and shield you.

Just relax and receive.

Michael summons Raphael,

The healing angel,

To your side.

Raphael wraps a sheer,

Glittering,

Emerald blanket of light around you.

This emerald healing energy soaks into your newly cleansed spirit,

Nurturing and energizing you deeply.

Over the healing green blanket,

Michael attaches a layer of sparkling purple chainmail.

This is a powerful shield from the vast energies we encounter in life.

Breathe in and feel its strength.

Michael now summons Archangel Metatron,

The master angel of sacred geometry.

And together,

The three angels fasten a golden spinning orb of intricate,

Interlacing geometric shapes around you.

Over this,

They place yet another orb of indigo blue fire spinning in the opposite direction.

And again over this,

They place a final orb of brilliant white light made up of sacred,

Geometric,

Interlacing forms.

And it spins in yet a different direction.

Rest assured that these three moving spheres of light are impossible for outside forces to penetrate,

For they are locked in three separately moving currents,

Whose movements can never align such that they could be penetrated.

And these shields are also inherently connected to these three powerfully protective angels,

Who now watch over you and stand readily on guard at your side.

It is now time to return to your waking life.

Breathe deeply and feel yourself fully reintegrate with your physical body.

Notice how it feels as your new energy shields soak into and around your physical form and the space immediately around you.

Archangel Michael is so very close to you now.

His wings wrap protectively around your shoulders.

He is only a whisper away if you are in need of anything at all.

With a strong centering breath,

Slowly open your eyes and step back into your healed and harmonious life.
