Hi,

I'm Sarah Hall and I will be guiding you through the Crystal Heart Meditation.

This meditation is designed to connect your energy to the Crystal Ray of Compassion.

The Crystal Ray is an etheric light of the higher heavenly dimensions.

Its role on earth is to attune human beings to their heart's deepest and truest state of compassion.

In this meditation,

You will change the vibrational frequency of your heart chakra by connecting deeply with the light of the Crystal Ray.

This will increase your sensitivity and awareness of compassion in all areas of life,

Leading to greater spiritual fulfillment in your relationships with others,

With yourself,

And with God.

Take a moment to make yourself comfortable in a place where you won't be disturbed,

And we will begin.

Breathe deeply and relax.

Take in a clear,

Cool breath of pearly blue white light.

Allow the stream of air to make a path straight to the very bottom of space in your beautiful,

Perfect lungs.

Gently hold this breath,

Allowing the luminous blue light to resonate for a moment,

And then exhale.

Inhale again through your nose,

Air brushing gently past the back of your throat.

Feel yourself relax deeply as you luxuriantly fill your lungs with the cool,

Healing pearly blue white light.

And exhale.

As you continue to breathe in deep,

Even streams,

Allow the blue light to spread from your lungs in soft,

Branching streams that spread throughout your body.

Let go of all your muscles,

Releasing all tension,

Allowing your body to grow soft and still.

The light grows brighter and brighter with each breath,

Saturating every fiber with deep peace.

The light pours out from your core and permeates every cell in your body.

You feel so deeply relaxed.

Watch the light pouring out from your fingertips,

Out the end of your toes,

And shining brilliantly through your spinal column.

You feel so safe and so peacefully relaxed.

Visualize yourself floating in a cocoon of white,

Golden light.

It is wrapped warmly around your body.

You are weightless.

You are surrounded by a circle of angels.

They extend their hands over you,

With rainbow-colored light streaming from their palms.

The rainbow light feeds straight into your heart.

Bring your attention to your heart chakra.

Take a moment to notice any areas of tension,

And breathe deeply into those feelings.

As you exhale,

Feel the tension dissolve.

See and feel the angels gently lifting it away,

Replacing any heaviness with love.

See your soft green heart chakra perfectly balanced,

Flowing with pure,

Emerald-colored energy.

Let your heart soak for a moment in the space of the deep,

Unconditional love that you are in truth.

Soak in the joyful adoration that the angels feel for you now.

The angels beam at you with overflowing love.

They are so proud of you.

Now watch as the rainbow energy they channel into your heart transforms into beams of shining white and silver energy.

This is crystal energy.

Breathe the crystal ray deeply into your heart.

Watch the crystal light turning soft pink and purple,

Like a sunset,

As it shines throughout your translucent body.

Let the crystal light fuse within and around your head as it attunes your third eye and ear chakras to its highly sensitive and intelligent vibrations of compassion.

Simply relax and receive.

The crystal energy has an intelligence all its own,

And knows exactly where to go and what to do in your body.

Breathe deeply and receive.

Breathing deeply,

Focus upon your feeling nature.

You are a being whose consciousness is made up of feelings.

The universe is completely made up of feelings.

From what the butterfly feels as it opens and closes its wings.

To what a fawn feels as it presses its hooves in the soft,

Wet earth.

To the feeling of the tree as its bark soaks in the bright morning sun.

Or what a star feels as it burns in space.

All of these feelings are as vast and complex as yours in your human life.

We inhabit a universal consciousness of feelings.

Leaves feel themselves falling,

Just as you feel every moment of your life here on earth.

Know the power of your feelings and be powerful.

It is through the experience of your feelings that you transform the ultimate reality of the universe.

Your feelings are your direct connection to God.

Notice through feeling that we know ourselves.

It is through the infinite,

Ever-growing expansion of feeling that the universe grows,

Consciousness expands and the universe evolves.

All of consciousness rides the crest of the wave of the present moment.

It is through your experience now that the entire world comes to peace.

Through your compassion,

You nurture the universe.

Take a moment to initiate this nurturing by feeding your own heart with compassionate self-love.

For it is in loving,

Healing and uplifting ourselves first that we love and heal others.

Gaze into your perfect,

Innocent,

Glittering heart chakra.

Breathe deeply and speak into it.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I am love.

I love myself.

At the core of your being,

There is nothing left but pure self-love.

And within self-love is love for all existence.

Open your heart to this love.

Watch the crystal light permeate the core of your heart.

Let it bathe you,

Filling up the space of every aspect of your life,

Healing and transforming everything into manifestations of pure love experiences.

Speak into your heart chakra.

You are perfect.

You are a miracle.

You are a perfect child of God.

You are a precious blessing.

I am so grateful that you exist.

I am love.

Allow all the natural emotions that arise here to surface.

Allow the full palette of your feelings to resonate and channel through and out of you,

Now,

Let us expand these powerful vibrations of love throughout humanity.

Visualize all the people you know in your life and send the crystal ray of light to each of them,

Surrounding them in safety and peace.

Feel the net of light that connects us all,

Expanding out to envelop all of humanity.

Speak to each human being.

Dear Angels,

Make each of us a channel of compassion.

Connect us to the feelings of profound self-love that unite us all.

Breathe deeply and focus on the violet light at the top of your head.

This is your crown chakra.

Gently see and feel it opening like a beautiful seashell.

Allow the crystal ray to beam upwards into a great white light.

Feel the infinite love that God feels.

God resides in you.

The experience and feelings of God are available for you to feel at all times.

For in truth,

God's feelings belong to you.

You have the ability to open your mind and heart to the expansive love that God feels always,

Because God exists in you,

And you exist in God.

We are all within each other.

We are all connected.

Just as you truly love yourself,

You truly love everyone.

Cherish this moment,

And know that you are a powerful lightworker.

You have now uplifted yourself into perfect alignment with your higher self and God.

Your life is an unfolding of infinite manifestations of the experience of unconditional love.

You are now attuned to the crystal ray.

It is time for you to awaken and return.

The angels take your hands and lead you back to your waking life now.

Slowly open your eyes and allow yourself to gently reintegrate.

Return to this meditation anytime you need to reconnect with the healing crystal ray.
