Hi,

I'm Sarah Hall,

And this is the Healing with Mother Mary meditation.

Mother Mary is a powerfully compassionate healer and spiritual teacher,

And is eager to help everyone,

No matter your religious affiliation.

All you need to do is to call upon her,

And she is at your side.

Like a compassionate mother,

Mary tirelessly nurtures and encourages,

Comforts,

And sees to the fulfillment of all our needs.

Mary is especially concerned with helping children,

Parents,

And those who are in need of a mother's love the most,

Such as the sick or the poor.

Mother Mary is a miraculous healer of your inner child,

And invites you to allow her to do so today.

Take a few moments to relax in a comfortable space where you will not be disturbed,

And we will begin.

Allow the sound of the music to enfold you.

Gently close your eyes,

Deepen and lengthen your breaths.

Allow the fresh,

Purifying air to still your mind and calm your heart and calm your body.

Bring your awareness into your belly.

Let it rest there as you continue to breathe deeply.

You are beginning to feel so calm,

So at peace,

And so relaxed.

Imagine that you are breathing in radiant white light.

See or feel the light naturally expand from your lungs,

Through your belly,

And chest.

Allow the white light to expand and open your heart.

Tearing away any heaviness or debris.

Breathe in deeply and gently as you see and feel the light move up and down your spine,

Pulsing rhythmically at each vertebrae.

Let the light gently pool at your throat and flow up and out the top of your head.

Inhale and exhale.

As the light moves down your arms,

Through your fingertips,

Spreading softly through your legs and out your toes and the bottom of your feet.

See and feel yourself suspended and weightless.

For every particle,

Breathing pure divine light in a sea of comfort and rest.

You are now transforming into your inner child.

Watch and feel as you take the form of yourself as a little child.

You feel so completely at peace,

So safe,

So perfectly nurtured and taken care of.

Just rest.

Allow yourself to let go of every thought and feeling running its course through your life,

In the perfect knowledge that you are fully protected,

Taken care of,

And infinitely loved.

All is well and perfect.

Breathe deeply.

You are being lifted up from a cocoon of white light by a pair of soft,

Gentle arms.

Mother Mary holds you close to her heart.

Listen to the gentle beat of your mother's heart,

Allowing yourself to be enfolded in the radiance of her boundless love for you.

She rocks you slowly,

Humming a quiet lullaby in expression of the sweet tenderness that she bathes you in now.

Mary's body is a translucent river of flowing blue and white light.

Mary has transformed into a river of flowing blue energy.

She places you inside her to rest,

Rejuvenate,

And sleep.

Her gentle river of energy flows through and around you.

As you breathe,

Inhale the nurturing blue waters of light that course through you from Mother Mary.

Inhale the pearly blue waters,

Ease all of your tensions or burdens,

Lifting and carrying them away in the river's current.

Recreating you,

Newborn,

Pure,

Perfect,

And innocent.

The healing waters of Mary's spirit wash away all of your concerns,

Uplifting them,

And fulfilling them as answered prayers.

If you wish,

Take a moment now to tell Mother Mary your concerns.

Surrender your healing intentions to her.

She smiles,

Assuring you that all your highest intentions for peace and healing are now met,

Placing her loving arms around you as you continue to float inside her.

Allow your body to gradually become translucent.

Breathe deeply as your body becomes pure light.

You are a clear and perfect conduit of Mother Mary's healing energy.

Your each and every particle has become an empty vessel through which the light blue intelligent energy of compassion and comfort rides through you.

Let her serenity become yours.

Bask in the comfort and glory of this heavenly peace,

In full knowledge that it is never ending and that you are sheltered,

Nourished,

And taken care of by this state of unconditional love always.

Mother Mary now invites you to envision the earth.

Place the earth in your arms.

Mother Mary's arms are around yours,

Guiding your every movement.

Fill the earth with the gentle light blue energy of peace and compassion.

See every living being on the planet as an innocent child held in this womb of healing,

Comfort,

Innocence,

Light,

And love.

See every living being as the infinite seed of potential that they are in truth.

Feel yourself connect to each of them in a band of blue light.

And together with humanity,

As one heavenly voice,

Repeat,

I am the Christ Consciousness.

I am the resurrection and the life.

I am the immaculate conception of heaven on earth.

I am.

Ask Mother Mary to make you an instrument of her peace and healing wherever there is need on earth,

And you will forever be reminded of your identity as Christ Consciousness.

Mother Mary lifts you in her arms and gazes deeply into your eyes,

Radiant with pride and love for you.

With a deep breath,

She cradles you against her heart and reassures you that you are always her perfect,

Innocent,

And precious child.

Listen to Mother Mary's heartbeats and surrender to perfect stillness and peace.

It is time to return to your waking life.

Mother Mary continues to cradle you as you gently reintegrate with the world around you.

Mother Mary shall never be far away.

All you need to do is to reach out to her whenever you have need.

Like an all-loving mother,

She will always be there to comfort,

Guide,

Heal,

And encourage you and your loved ones.

Go forth in peace and perfect love for yourself and all living beings,

And share this meditation with anyone who needs Mary's healing and comfort.

Return to it whenever you need to feel close to her.
