I'm Sarah Hall and this is a meditation to facilitate angelic guidance and healing on your spiritual journey through pregnancy.

The soul of your child has chosen you to be their parent and the spiritual bond between you has already begun well before your physical pregnancy.

In this meditation,

You will be guided to bond and connect closely with the soul of your beloved child,

As well as to receive divine healing energy from the angels to support your physical,

Mental,

And spiritual preparation for parenthood.

This meditation is designed to guide and uplift those who are currently pregnant,

Planning to get pregnant in the future,

And those who are supporting their partner through physical pregnancy.

Remember that whether or not you are physically carrying a pregnancy,

As an expectant parent,

You are spiritually pregnant,

And that you share in a spiritual life force and energetic exchange with your child.

That bond is sacred,

As is the precious,

Magical time of preparation for bringing your child into this world.

Take a moment to get comfortable in a quiet space where you will not be disturbed,

And we will begin.

Close your eyes and allow your body to relax.

Gently begin to deepen and lengthen your breaths.

As you breathe deeply,

Feel every muscle and joint in your body begin to let go and soften.

Allow your whole being to shift into a deep mode of receiving as sweet,

Restful comfort now flows through you.

A beautiful,

Heavenly light of emerald green appears like a soft,

Blanketing cocoon around you.

Breathe deeply,

Absorbing this soothing,

Healing energy.

With every breath you take,

You grow more and more deeply relaxed.

Allow the emerald light to fill every cell of your body and every particle of your consciousness.

Together we create consciousness.

A group of healing angels appears around you,

Standing in a circle of light.

They are led by Archangel Gabriel,

The angel of parenting and children,

Who now stands at your head,

And Archangel Raphael,

The angel of healing,

Who stands at your feet.

These angels are a part of your heavenly team of midwives.

As you gaze around your circle of heavenly supporters,

Take a moment to notice or call upon whomever else you wish to be a part of your team.

Common supporters include deceased loved ones and ancestors in heaven,

Wise ones and ascended teachers with whom you feel aligned,
