And then you can just feel yourself. Feel yourself. Getting centered. Grounded as you connect to your breath. Feeling. Feeling whatever stuck or stagnant energy needs to go as you exhale. Coming back into alignment with your soul. And feeling all of that energy. And feeling all of that energy. And feeling all of that energy as you exhale. And feeling all of that energy of your heart opening and expanding. And at the same time, Feel wherever your body is touching the earth. Rooting down, Rounding down, Anchoring you. So that you are free. To fly. And feeling all of that energy. And feeling all of that energy. And feeling all of that energy. Both in this space. Begin to visualize. The space where you are. The space around you. The walls around you. And your body in the room. And the space around you. Begin to visualize yourself getting up from where you are. And feeling all of that energy. And as you open the door, You are immediately. In a sacred place in nature. Place near water. This body of water can be whatever it is for you. If you are in a sacred place, You are in a sacred place. Perhaps you are near a river. Or a creek. Or maybe you are in a large body of water like an ocean or a great lake. And you are in a sacred place. Connect to that space. Take in all the different sites that you can see. And then you can connect to that space. And now shift your awareness to that water that is out in front of you and your body. What color is it? What is the texture of the water? Is it smooth and clear like glass? Or can you see just a few small ripples? What is the texture of the water? What is the texture of this water in front of you? What is the texture of the water in front of you? What is the texture of the water in front of you? What is the texture of the water in front of you? Even more. Can you taste the water? What does the water taste like as it makes its way into your mouth? What is the texture of the water? Can you taste the water? Can you taste the water? What is the texture of the water? What is the texture of the water? And now shift your focus to this different sense. Perhaps you're near the ocean so you can smell salt in the air. Or maybe. What can you smell? As it moves on past you. What can you smell? Feel into these different sensations. What you can smell. What you can taste. What you can smell. And what you can touch. Really allow your senses to arrive in the sacred place in nature near the water. What is the texture of the water? In the water. You just barely can make out a shape. That is moving towards you. There is no need to control this moment right now. You don't need to know what's next. You can just make out the shape. As that shape gets closer and closer, You can see that they are a different shape than human eyes. And you can tell that they are a different shape than human eyes. Slowly and gracefully. And you can feel that. Makes its way out in front of you. And if there's any fear or doubt lingering in this space, You can release that. This crocodile is a friend. This crocodile is a friend. And it is just here to help you navigate the inner workings of your soul. I invite you to have a conversation with this crocodile as if you were meeting this being for the first time. You can ask it what it would like to be called. And if you would like to be called, You can ask it. If you would like to be honored and respected. Take a few moments to ask this crocodile some questions about itself. What is it that you're curious about from this crocodile right now? That just has to do with the crocodile. Sometimes. You can ask it. What is it that you're curious about? Animal guides. Communicate in ways that we are not familiar with. They might not communicate with words. They might communicate with actions or sounds or vibrational energies. Release needing to know. What's next. Release needing to know. What's next. You don't need to understand it. You just need to experience it. You don't need to understand it. You just need to experience it. You can ask this crocodile. What mesh messages they have for you. What specifically does this crocodile have to tell you? Crocodiles love to teach us about how to be patient. If you think about. How they are in nature. They are the most important thing. Observing all. And not necessarily reacting. They are fantastic teaching us how to observe and be patient. Perhaps there's something there for you. Perhaps this crocodile can teach you a little bit on how you can be more patient in your life. How do you learn? Crocodile will wait until the golden moment before it strikes. How do you learn for yourself? What that golden moment looks like for you. Allow this crocodile to bring that energy into your being. Allow this. Crocodile to teach you its ways. How do you learn? How do you learn? How do you learn anything? How do you learn? How do you learn? As you are receiving this guidance, Don't forget to breathe. Exhale and release. Exhale and release. Exhale and release. Allow this crocodile now to provide some healing for your physical body. How do you learn? Are you open to healing with me today? Let's see if we've got crocodiles consent on this one. And then allow the crocodile to provide an energetic healing for you. Knowing that. All right. So the other four healings you were receiving from this crocodile, Inhale. Exhale. Inhale. Exhale. Inhale. Exhale. And allow the crocodile to finish up whatever healing is taking place. And now from wherever you are in this sacred place in nature, You hold out two fists in front of you. As you gently open your left fist, In the palm of your hand, There is an offering for you to leave the crocodile. Whenever healing takes place, It is very important for us to keep the energetic channels flowing. And so by leaving an offering to the crocodile or a donation for this practice, It is a powerful signal in saying thank you for assisting me in my healing today. Go ahead and leave that offering for the crocodile. And now as you look in the palm of your right hand, There is an offering for you to leave Mother Earth. For she always deserves our gratitude and love as well as offerings. She always provides so much healing for all of us here. I want to take a moment in this place to honor the ancestors whose land you are on here where I am in New York. I honor the Munsee Lenape tribe as well as the Wapinger tribe. I thank them for this land. Thank them for these practices. And before you leave this space, Take a few moments to just foster a sense of gratitude in your heart for yourself. You committed to these practices today. You committed to honoring your soul, To growth, To releasing, To expansion. Take a moment to find that gratitude in your heart. Inhale. Exhale. Another deep cleansing breath in. And exhale. And as you begin to walk back to the front door where this all started, Back into your home, Back into the room where you are, You're going to feel yourself and your breath guiding you back into your body with another deep inhale. And this time, Allow your exhale to be audible. Activate that throat chakra again. Inhale. Exhale. And exhale out with an HA sound. One final breath in. Exhale again with a sound. And exhale out with a small movements back to your body. Wiggling fingers and toes. And as you're ready and only when you're ready, Make your way back to a comfortable seat and flutter open your eyes.
