Okay,

So the invitation is for everyone here to get in a comfortable seat,

Whatever that looks like for you.

And just allow your eyes to rest in whatever way feels comfortable for you.

Feel yourself rising up towards the sky as if there were a string attached to the crown of your head,

Helping elongate your spine.

Allow your hands to rest comfortably on your thighs.

On your next exhale,

You feel your shoulders relaxing,

Deepening into this moment with this breath,

Feel yourself coming back into alignment as you gently tuck your chin,

Just so that spine sits up a little bit taller.

Allow your lips to part,

Your tongue to rest in your breath,

Allow your lips to part,

Your tongue to rest in your mouth as you allow your jaw to just hang and relax.

Now allow your eyes to close or just rest your gaze,

Softening into this moment in time right here,

Right now.

Allow yourself to become the observer of your thoughts,

Of your mind,

As we deepen into the silent meditation.

You find yourself thinking about anything,

Just observe it,

Label it as thoughts,

And let it just wash away,

Allowing yourself to anchor into this moment with this breath.

Thank you.

You you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you your awareness back into your body gently wiggling fingers and toes gently flutter open your eyes and come back gently flutter open your eyes and come back

Natural and pleasant voice. I appreciate the simplicity and not too many words.
