In this space, we will turn inward to reflect, healing and soothing the space within to help raise our vibrations as we step into spring. Travel into the healing tones of the crystal alchemy sound bowls as Susie Sands and Sarah Brianna guide you in a journey where you will access healing and wisdom to support you during this time. Our souls have been forced to shift and we are eager to find balance amongst the chaos, and to find connection to our inner wisdom.

Begin to tap into your breath.
No need to alter it or change it.
Just feel what it feels like as you inhale.
Feel how it feels as you exhale.
Feel wherever you are touching the earth with your body.
Gravity giving your weight to the earth as you deepen and relax even more where you are.
And as your breath continues to deepen,
Feel a sense of balance in your body.
On this day where both the light and the dark are equal,
On this equinox,
Allow that balancing energy to just make its way into your being and radiate throughout your inner landscape.
As you soften and ground and root down,
Begin to visualize directly out in front of you the giant illuminated and radiant number three.
Allow that to fade away.
Visualize a golden lit number two,
Slightly larger than the number three that you just saw.
Take notice of the texture and the shape of this number two.
And now allow that number two to fade away.
Slowly,
A beam of light in the shape of a number one larger than the previous appears out in front of you.
That beam of light,
That number one is a portal.
Collectively,
We all inhale deeply into our bellies.
And as you exhale,
You gently walk through the number one and you are immediately transported to a beautiful bright meadow.
This meadow is one of the most beautiful places you've ever seen.
Take note of the different types of wildflowers.
Just begin by walking around and connecting with each one.
They are all sentient beings.
You can connect to the colors and the textures.
You could also connect to their song.
They each will have their own song to share with you.
And you can connect to their messages.
Perhaps they have something to share with you right now.
Perhaps they have something to tell you about the cycle of rebirth.
As we welcome spring.
Remain open.
Your experience is your experience.
Now from this meadow,
Shift your awareness to the different things you can touch.
What can you feel?
What do these wildflowers feel like as you place your hands on them?
Or as you lean in and smell them,
What does that feel like in your body?
Allow yourself to feel all the different textures of this land.
Allowing your senses to open.
And allowing your energy points,
Your chakras to open as well.
Like a beautiful spring wildflower,
Allow yourself to open and bloom.
You can see a figure that's a little shadowy.
You can't quite make out the shape yet and that's okay.
But the figure is making its way towards you.
You feel them coming closer and closer.
You feel yourself coming closer and closer.
This figure is one of your guides.
Allow them to make their way to you.
This can be an animal guide,
An angel guide,
A fairy guide.
It could be a spirit guide in the form of a human.
It could be a spirit guide in the form of a light being.
An interdimensional being.
All beings are welcome in this space.
Allow your guide to go forth.
And allow your guide to share with you.
Let's start off with asking what they would like you to call them.
As you begin to understand these vibrations,
These vibrations,
These vibrations of vibrational feelings,
Sometimes these beings don't communicate with us in the ways that we are familiar with communication.
Just allow the experience to unfold.

And as you are in this place of balance,

Gently making your way back to this meadow.
Back to this balanced space.
Where the land is fertile.
Where the rebirth is abundant.
Where the birth is abundant.

Once you are back in the meadow,
Amongst the wildflowers with your guide or guides.
Take a few moments to just be super present with the space.
From where you are in this meadow,
You can see that your hands are forming two fists in front of you.
As you gently open your left palm,
In the center of the palm there is an offering for you to leave your guide.
Allow that to be gifted to them along with your gratitude and love.
For they assisted in your healing today and they are always with you as they are a part of you.
When you are done gifting your offering to your guide,
You look down at your right fist,
Open it up and in the palm of your right hand is an offering for Mother Earth.
We always acknowledge the land.
We always acknowledge Mother Earth.
And we always acknowledge the ancestors whose land we are on.
Today,
Where we are here in New York,
We honor the Munsee Lenape tribe as well as the Wapatjir tribe.

You can gently release your guide back to where they came from.
And as you ground back into your body.
And as you inhale,
You are connecting back to prana,
Life force energy as you inhale.
And feel yourself releasing as you exhale.
And feeling the breath coming in as you inhale deep down into your belly creating a big Buddha belly.
As you exhale,
Navel returns towards the spine.
Releasing whenever is no longer serving.
And another deep breath coming back into your being.
Exhale and release.
As you're breathing deeply,
You inhale again.
And as you exhale,
You gently bring small movements back wiggling fingers and toes.
Allowing those gentle movements and your breath to guide you.
And slowly and gently come back into your body.
And when you're ready and only when you're ready,
Gently flutter open your eyes,
Come back into your body.
