This is a nourishing morning meditation for you to build into your routine. I meditate two to three times a day, once in the morning, midday, and then after I put my kids to sleep. Depending on what I feel my body needs, I'm either working to guide my meditation with healing thoughts and words or affirmations, or I'm just trying to let everything go and really sit in stillness and quiet.
