Welcome,
My name is Sarah and this moment is yours.
A soft place to land.
No need to rush.
No need to perform.
So let's begin by arriving fully.
Gently close down your eyes and notice your breath just as it is.
There's nothing to change right now.
Just feel yourself sitting or lying down,
Held by the ground beneath you.
Let's begin with a gentle breathing practice to reset your nervous system and come back to yourself.
So to start,
Breathe out completely.
Hold for a moment.
Feel the emptiness.
Now breathe in deeply.
Hold gently and feel the fullness.
Now exhale again fully.
Let it all go.
Then pause and notice the stillness in sight.
Inhale deeply.
Fill up with life.
Pause and feel what it's like to be so full.
And now exhale.
Release all tension.
Pause.
Nothing to do.
Inhale.
Fill up with calm.
Pause.
Rest in this fullness.
And then let your breath go.
Let it return to its natural rhythm.
And feel the gentle shift that just happened.
I know some days feel heavy.
Messy.
Like everything is just a little too much.
You may feel like you're falling behind.
Like you should be doing better.
And I want you to know you're not alone in that.
But what if you saw this moment,
This pause,
Not as a setback but a sacred invitation?
To be human.
To rest.
To soften.
To breathe again.
You know healing isn't linear.
It's 10 steps forward,
3 steps back.
And still,
You're 7 steps ahead of where you started.
You don't have to earn your rest.
You don't need to justify your softness.
You are allowed to pause.
Without guilt.
Let these words soften the inner pressure.
Let grace come in.
What if grace simply means I am still worthy.
Even now.
Even in the mess.
Even in the in-between.
Even when you feel behind.
Let that land for a moment.
And now place one hand on your heart.
And ask yourself gently.
What is one small thing I can do today that feels kind and true to me?
Hold that answer with love.
Let it be simple.
Let it be enough.
You don't need to fix anything right now.
You're already on your way.
Grace is here.
Right now.
And so are you.
And to finish off this practice.
Take one last deep breath in.
And gently exhale.
And when you're ready,
Blink your eyes open.
Stretch and move however you feel like.
And carry the softness with you throughout the rest of your day.
Until next time,
Sarah.
