Hi and welcome.

This is guided by Sarah.

This is your time to gently return to yourself,

To soften,

To release and allow your system to recalibrate naturally and with ease.

So just let yourself settle in.

You might want to lie down or rest in a position that feels most supportive for your body today.

Just let your breath come in naturally.

And right now there's nothing else to do,

Nothing to think about,

Nothing to achieve.

Your presence here is enough.

And now imagine just above your head a spinning vortex of beautiful golden energy.

A gentle healing force swirling slowly in a clockwise direction.

Like a child's spinning top.

It's soft,

It's luminous and just slightly wider than your shoulders.

This energy moves in smooth circles.

Spacious and calm.

This vortex holds the intention of healing,

Of restoring balance.

It's not forcing anything but it simply invites your body and mind to remember their natural state of harmony.

And you may begin to sense it moving downward.

Oh so slowly.

The tip of the spiral gently touching the crown of your head.

So just let it enter your field.

Softly,

Naturally and begin to move through you.

The vortex now begins to drift through your head,

Down across your face,

Your eyes,

Your jaw,

Softening the corners of your mouth and then sliding down into your throat.

As it passes through,

It invites realignment.

Any tension,

Tightness or emotions held in the throat are gently acknowledged and offered space to shift.

Perhaps you sense your voice becoming more free,

Your truth becoming easier to express.

Or you simply notice the softening and the muscles around your neck,

Your jaw,

Your whole face.

And now the vortex continues,

Drifting down into your chest.

As it reaches your heart space,

It slows.

Let it linger here for a moment.

If anything is ready to be released,

Old pain,

Heaviness,

Stories of not enoughness,

Let them gently rise to the surface now.

Just notice what wants to come up.

And this vortex,

Like a soft broom,

Gently sweeps through,

Inviting release,

Inviting spaciousness,

Inviting your heart to soften into its natural openness.

Now feel this energy traveling downward,

Through your belly,

Your solar plexus,

Your spine.

Perhaps you feel a warmth,

Some tingling or involuntary movement.

Just know that you don't have to direct it,

Just let it move freely,

Cleansing,

Balancing,

Attuning.

Let the vortex reach your arms,

Your fingertips.

Maybe you feel a tingling sensation,

An awareness of energy flowing freely.

And now the vortex continues downward,

Moving into your hips,

Down your legs,

Your knees,

All the way to your feet.

Imagine,

At the soles of your feet,

A small valve opens.

And through this opening,

Anything that no longer serves you,

Begins to gently pour out,

Like sand from an hourglass.

All tension,

Blockages,

Stagnant energy,

All thought patterns that no longer serve you,

Bad habits,

Just imagine them releasing,

Slowing downward and out.

Nothing you need to hold on to here.

Everything that's ready to leave,

Can simply go.

And now notice what remains.

It's space.

It's stillness.

It's a quiet sense of being restored.

Let yourself rest here for a little bit.

Feel what has shifted,

No matter how subtle.

And to finish off this practice,

You may want to place a hand on your heart,

Or your belly,

Gently anchoring this experience into your body and yourself.

Maybe you want to say a few words to yourself.

For example,

My body knows that I am not alone.

It knows how to restore itself.

I am here to listen.

I am safe to soften.

I am supported from within.

I am enough.

And when you're ready,

Slowly return to the here and now.

Feeling the ground beneath you,

The room around you.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Stretch out anything that needs to be stretched.

And when it feels right,

Gently open up your eyes.

Welcome back.

And thank you so much for being here today.

Until next time,

Sarah.
