Hello beautiful soul,

I welcome you to take this time with me to regulate your nervous system and find a moment of inner calm.

So,

I would like you to make yourself truly comfortable.

Find a position where you feel safe and at ease,

Whether that's sitting or laying down,

Whatever feels truly right for you in this moment.

And to get started,

Maybe you'd like to gently close your eyes or let your gaze soften.

Feel the contact of your body with the surface beneath you.

Notice how the ground supports you,

How the earth beneath you is solid and stable.

Maybe you would like to imagine invisible roots growing from your feet,

Reaching deep into the earth,

Gently anchoring you,

Giving you a sense of security.

You are held,

You are supported right now.

And with every breath you take,

These roots grow deeper and deeper.

They travel further and further into the earth,

Passing through soft soil,

Strong rocks,

Reaching down to the very core of this earth,

Where they connect with an endless source of stability and strength.

Now feel this energy rising through the roots,

Slowly,

Gently strengthening you.

This energy flows into your feet,

It moves upward through your legs,

Your pelvis and hips,

It spreads through your entire upper body,

Your shoulders,

Your neck and through your face.

And with each deep breath,

You absorb this nourishing,

Calming energy,

An energy that holds you,

That carries you,

No matter what is happening around you.

So allow yourself to let go now,

A little more with each breath.

Take a deep inhale with me.

And as you exhale,

Release anything you no longer need.

Imagine tension simply melting away,

Effortlessly.

And maybe you notice your breath becoming calmer,

Deeper,

Softer,

A soothing rhythm that carries you.

And perhaps now you can remember a moment in your life where you felt completely free,

Carefree,

Safe.

Let this feeling rise within you again right now,

Spreading warmly and gently,

Like sunlight on your skin.

And let this feeling flow through your entire body,

Feel it reaching every cell,

Filling you from within.

Feel your shoulders soften,

Your jaw relaxing and your heart opening to this sense of lightness.

And if you feel the urge to yawn,

Take it as a very good sign.

It means your nervous system is regulating itself and unwinding.

Your body is signaling that it's letting go,

That it feels safe.

Allow yourself to welcome this impulse and embrace it.

Your subconscious is listening attentively now.

It is ready to release everything that no longer serves you.

Imagine old thought patterns,

Worries or fears dissolving,

Like the morning mist disappearing under the warm rays of the sun.

Everything you no longer need can now gently drift away with every deep inhale and exhale.

In this moment,

Your nervous system is finding its balance again.

Imagine every cell in your body resonating in harmony,

A gentle pulse of calm and strength flow through you.

You are in alignment with yourself,

Connected to yourself,

To your inner peace.

Each breath sends signals of relaxation throughout your body.

Your parasympathetic nervous system,

The part responsible for rest and recovery,

Is activated right now.

You can feel that your heartbeat becomes steady and even.

And your body begins to release stress hormones and instead produces calming messengers like oxytocin and serotonin.

With every gentle,

Deep breath,

You send your body the message You are safe.

I am here now.

All is well.

You can let go now.

And perhaps you feel a warm sensation spreading in your chest or a slight tingling in your fingertips.

Those are all signs that your nervous system is relaxing,

Realigning,

Rebalancing.

Your subconscious is now beginning to review old programs.

Everything that no longer fits is gently being adjusted.

You are ready to release what has limited you and open yourself to what strengthens you.

New path,

New perspectives arise within you,

So effortlessly,

So naturally.

So allow yourself to enjoy this transformation.

It is a process unfolding within you,

Both gentle and powerful at the same time.

And you don't need to do anything.

Just be here.

Just be here now.

Your body,

Your mind,

Your heart,

Everything is finding its own rhythm,

Its own way to balance.

And when you feel ready to return,

I want you to take a few conscious,

Deep breaths.

Fill up your belly and hold a little at the top.

And then exhale through your mouth.

You can start feeling your body again,

The contact with the surface underneath you,

The sounds around you.

Maybe you would like to gently wiggle your fingers,

Your toes,

Move your head from side to side,

Yawn,

Stretch out whatever needs to be stretched.

And when you're ready,

Slowly flutter your eyes open and take a moment to fully arrive here and now.

Notice what has shifted.

And I want you to know that this sense of calm and clarity can stay with you.

And for best results,

I recommend listening to this meditation daily for 21 days.

This will give your subconscious the opportunity to integrate these positive changes in a lasting way.
