I am Sara Bird Nelson,
And welcome to this full chakra clearing meditation.
Coming to notice your breath and feeling your next inhale come into your body all the way down to your toes and fingertips and to the crown of your head filling you with divine life force energy.
And imagine stepping out onto the earth.
Your feet feel the earth beneath and you take in her vibration.
And you begin to draw this vibration into your feet,
Your calves,
Your knees,
Your thighs and your hips from your toes to your tailbone.
And as you take in the vibration of the earth,
This brilliant red light turns on and begins to emanate from your tailbone,
Filling your physical body and energetic body all the way down to your toes.
This light swirls around you,
Collects tension transmutes it and comes to a point of clarity.
This red light that you hold from your tailbone to your toes is clear,
Peaceful,
And now drawing the vibration of the earth and to your lower belly wrapped around you like an inner tube.
This red shifts to orange and this orange light swirls around you,
Grabbing tension transmuting it coming to clarity.
Digestion may kick in,
Your belly may grumble a bit.
Here you connect to your emotional body,
Allowing yourself to be and flow,
Moving with your breath,
Moving with the tides.
I am passionate and creative.
Drawing this passion and creativity up into your solar plexus,
Just above your belly button.
And again,
Digestion may kick in as this beautiful yellow light turns on,
Swirling energy,
Collecting tension,
Transmuting so that this light becomes clear and peaceful.
And you feel this overwhelming sense of joy through you.
Your root chakra moves to your sacral chakra moves to your solar plexus chakra,
The colors of fire and passion and drive.
All the while this fire is creating this grounding earth energy so that you are stable,
Secure and safe.
Now pulling on this passion up into your heart space,
Your shoulders drop back,
Your heart opens,
Your palms open to the sky.
And you accept the divine love that is here for you.
This green light swirling around you,
Grabbing tension from your heart space,
Grabbing the sadness and the grief,
The frustration,
Transmuting it and bringing clarity to your heart chakra.
This green light so clear,
Allowing you to move forward.
You have the green light.
So pulling all of this passion and movement up into your throat chakra,
Your neck,
Your jaw.
And feeling this beautiful light blue light begin to shine from you.
It swirls around collecting tension,
Collecting those old stories you've been telling yourself and holding on to collecting the words that you have second guessed,
Transmuting them into clarity,
Allowing you to speak your vision,
Your root,
Your sacral,
Your solar plexus,
Your heart and your throat chakras are clear,
Are shining.
Now drawing all of this energy all the way from the earth up into your third eye,
On your forehead and between your eyebrows.
And this deep,
Deep indigo,
This navy blue shines out into this world fills your entire physical and energetic body with this inner knowing with your intuition.
You are divinely guided from your root chakra through your heart chakra into your mind's eye.
So here that swirling energy clears the tension transmutes and brings clarity and connection from your third eye into your heart,
Down your energetic body into the earth.
You are divinely guided from within.
Now coming back down to your root chakra and pulling from the earth all of this energy,
Root,
Sacral,
Solar plexus,
Heart,
Throat,
Third eye into the crown of your head and seeing this brilliant purple light turn on.
This light emanates from the top of your head,
Drapes down around you,
Encapsulating you in this energy of your crown chakra.
This divine universal energy.
This purple light floods your body,
Further connecting every energy center within you from your chakras through your meridians out into your aura.
You are divine light.
You are universal energy.
You are everything.
You are magical.
You are magical.
Feel this light,
All of the colors,
All of your aura expanding out into this world so that you are divinely heard,
Divinely seen,
Divinely accepted.
You are everything.
You are love.
So let all of these vibrations emanating from each energy center,
Each chakra within you,
Let all of these chakras ride the vibration of love.
And just as you have expanded into this world,
I'd like you to bring it all back into your heart and let this clear,
Brilliant aura of yours be divinely protected,
Nurtured by the earth,
Lit by the stars,
Divinely protected.
You are love,
Divine love.
