Pulling your next inhale deep within your body as each cell within you ignites in health and well-being.
The Solar Plexus Chakra sits above your belly button,
Your core,
Your power center.
The color of the Solar Plexus Chakra is yellow.
You may wish to place your hands upon your Solar Plexus,
Feeling your breath move past your Solar Plexus down into your Sacral Chakra.
Noticing the vibration of your Solar Plexus.
The Chakra moves around your body,
Up your back body,
Your side body.
Now imagine this beautiful yellow light sitting within you.
Maybe you're iridescent,
Glittery,
Sparkly.
Feel this yellow light begin to fill your body,
Moving down past your Sacral Chakra,
Your Root Chakra,
Into the tips of your toes.
Moving past your heart space,
Dripping down your arms and your fingertips.
Moving through your neck and your throat,
Up into the crown of your head.
Your whole body,
Physically and energetically,
Bathed in yellow light.
Noticing its texture,
Its vibrancy,
Its taste,
Its scent,
Its whole essence,
This power center of yours.
Feel this light begin to move beyond your body,
Out into this world.
This world is ready.
Ready to accept you just as you are,
In your full,
Powerful self.
And as your confidence expands,
So does your heart.
Taking in these words and placing them into your Solar Plexus Chakra,
As it clears and aligns.
Just as I am.
To be and stand in my power.
A power that is based on love and light.
