Hi,

This is Sarah Bird Nelson.

Welcome to this Heart Chakra Meditation.

Coming to notice your breath,

This beautiful life force energy that fills you,

Nourishes you,

And ignites every cell within you.

Noticing your seat,

Your connection to the earth below.

Elongating your body,

Reaching the crown of your head to the stars.

Opening your heart.

Your heart chakra sits in your heart space,

In the middle of your chest.

Moving out into your shoulders,

Down your arms,

Hands,

And into your fingertips.

The color of the heart chakra is green.

You may wish to place your hands upon your heart.

To open your palms to the sky.

To place your palms on the earth.

No matter where you land,

Feel your heart expand.

On your next inhale,

As you pull this breath in,

Draw your shoulders up,

Up into your ears,

And exhale and let them down.

Let them release,

Further opening your heart space.

Now coming to notice the vibration here.

The color,

The texture,

The essence of your heart.

This beautiful green light that sits within your heart space.

Can not help but bring a smile to your face.

And with this brilliant light emanating from your heart,

Feel that move out into this world.

Carrying the energy,

The vibration of love.

And as your heart chakra clears,

This love comes to you.

You carry this essence of love.

Heart open.

Pure,

Divine love.

So as your heart expands out into this world,

Breathe in compassion.

Breathe out compassion.

As you gather all of this love up,

Bring it into your heart space,

Into your heart chakra.

My heart is open to receive.

I lead with love,

Peace,

And blessings in this time together.
