Noticing your breath.
This life force energy that ignites every cell within you.
In health.
In well-being and in love.
Noticing your posture,
Your connection to the earth,
And your crown reaching to the stars.
The crown chakra sits at the top of our head and emanates down into our body physically and energetically and up into the sky,
The heavens,
The stars,
The sun and the moon.
The universe accepts the energy of our crown chakra,
Of our energy centers,
As we share our energy with this world.
You may wish to sit with your palms open to the sky,
Palms down connected to the earth.
You may even wish to come to the crown of your head,
Opening up your crown chakra.
Your divine light.
The color of this chakra is purple.
Deep,
Majestic purple.
Imagine this purple light,
Sparkly,
Iridescent,
Clear,
Brilliant light emanating down through each chakra within you.
Your third eye,
Your throat,
Your heart,
Your solar plexus and sacral down into your root chakra,
Filling your physical body and energetic body with brilliant purple light.
You are divine.
You are lit up from within.
You are soul.
You are spirit.
You are universe.
Feeling this purple light emanate out into this world.
As the world opens up to your light,
You shine so brightly.
Your crown chakra is clearing and aligning.
With this clarity comes protection,
Energetic boundaries,
Divine boundaries.
Taking in these words,
Holding them in your crown chakra,
I am divinely protected.
I am open to receive messages from the universe.
I am lovingly guided to my soul,
To my spirit.
I align with my purpose.
