There is a practice of gratitude which I want to explore today.

And this is a beautiful practice and it is a Japanese practice and this practice is called Arigato.

Arigato!

Means thank you.

In Japanese.

But there is a beautiful practice that was developed by Ken Honda.

He's a Japanese teacher.

And he does this practice which he calls Arigato In,

Arigato Out.

And he said that this simple practice changed his life.

He experienced a lot of prosperity.

He experienced great relationships.

He experienced a great life.

Due to this practice.

So what is this practice of Arigato In and Arigato Out?

Arigato in means that whenever something comes into your life,

You express gratitude.

You say thank you.

And whenever something goes out of your life.

Then also You express gratitude.

Which which is arigato out and you say thank you.

So this is the practice of Arigato in Japanese.

And Arigato out.

Now let's take an example here.

Let's say that Money comes into your life.

And whenever money comes into your life,

You say thank you.

No.

Some of us,

We don't usually do that,

Right?

For example,

If someone is receiving their monthly paycheck.

They might feel that.

.

.

I'm not getting,

You know,

Good salary.

This is not enough.

You know I should have got more.

Creates blocked energy.

So,

To open that blocked energy,

We say Arigato in.

We thank the universe.

You know,

Even if we don't feel it,

Still if we say it,

Automatically we start feeling it.

So just whatever comes into your life and in this example if money comes into your life Whatever amount comes into your life,

Say thank you.

Be grateful.

Express gratitude.

Arigato in Japanese.

Now taking the same example,

If money goes out from your life.

Then also you express gratitude.

Now this is usually difficult for many of us,

When we pay for something.

When we pay a big amount.

Then we don't feel like expressing gratitude.

You know,

I have lost so much money,

I have paid so much.

But think about it,

When you are paying for something,

You are actually also gaining something,

Right?

If you are buying something,

A simple thing as a book,

It's bringing a lot of value into your life.

Arigato out when many money goes out you express gratitude so that it also opens that energy because if we are not being grateful when we are spending,

That also creates a blocked energy.

Money wants to be spent.

You know,

For those of us who know economics,

We know that an economy prospers when money is flowing through the economy.

So money has to be spent.

And money has to flow.

If it stays stuck,

Then it becomes a stuck energy.

So whenever you spend,

You say,

Arigato.

Now,

In some cases,

I understand that this is quite difficult,

Especially,

Let's say,

Even I feel difficult when I have to,

For example,

Pay taxes and to say arigato out for spending that money.

But if we really reflect on it,

Then there is also a lot of value we get when we pay taxes.

But whatever the case,

Even if we don't feel like saying that at that time,

I would still encourage you to express gratitude and keep doing that.

Arigato in,

Arigato out.

Arigato in,

Arigato out.

And you will notice a big shift,

You will notice that energy will open,

You will notice that flow will come into your life,

Flow of abundance,

Flow of prosperity in this case.

But this can be applied to every area of our life.

You know,

Think of relationships.

When someone comes into our life,

We say arigato in Japanese.

But when someone goes away from our life,

We also say Arigato out,

Because,

You know.

.

.

That person when someone goes it creates space for something else to come in.

Or you know,

Maybe it is time for that person to go somewhere.

And maybe it is time for that relationship to come to its completion and we can also be thankful for the time we spent together.

So arigato in,

Arigato out,

Even in relationships.

You know this can also be applied to life events big life events if some you know great event happens we say arigato in if Unfortunately,

A catastrophe happens.

We say arigato out.

Why do we say Arigato out?

Because that catastrophe can become a source of great awakening.

We can learn from it,

We can grow from it.

And when we say Arigato out,

It makes us,

It becomes a blessing,

Actually.

So this arigato in and arigato out can be Apply too.

Every area of our life.

And if we start doing that,

We will notice that it opens up so much of stuck energy.

And abundance starts flowing.
