And as you close your eyes,
Become aware of your body.
Become aware of your emotions,
Your feelings.
Become aware of your thoughts.
And now become aware of your breath.
Allow yourself to observe the inflow and the outflow of the breath.
And now become aware of your emotions.
And now in your mind's eye.
Imagine and visualize that there is a statue in front of you.
This statue is beautiful.
But it is covered in mud.
What is your statue?
Look at this statue of yours which is covered in mud.
How does it look like?
Visualize each and every detail.
This mud that you see is the mud of the rules we play in the society.
This mud is the mud of expectations of others.
And therefore this mud also contains painful emotions resulting from those expectations and roles.
It is also the mud of judgments by others.
Or maybe self-judgments.
It is the mud of criticism of others.
Or maybe self-criticism.
It is now time to let go of this mud.
So imagine that you have a tool in your hand.
And this tool will help you to scrape away the mud.
Take your time and visualize that you are scraping away all the mud from this statue.
As the mud is falling on the ground all those emotions,
Rules,
Expectations,
Judgments are being released.
The golden statue is now gradually being revealed.
Your golden self.
And now you can see the entire golden statue of yours in front of you.
This golden self of yours is the one that lives from the heart.
That does what it wants to do.
That expresses its beauty.
That lives with freedom.
And that is powerful and talented.
That is full of love and joy.
Take your time and look at this golden self of yours.
And now gradually you can come back to the present moment.
You can gradually move your hands and feet.
And slowly in your own time,
Like a tortoise,
You can come out of the meditation.
