I welcome you to this meditation.
I am your guide Saqib and today I will guide you through a practice that will help us in our journey to become the best version of ourselves.
Many times in life we feel stuck.
We feel that we are not able to move the needle of our personal growth.
This meditation will help us know what we can do that will elevate our lives to the next level.
It will also build confidence in us to accelerate us on our journey to become a legend.
So now I will request you to sit in a comfortable position with your back straight but relaxed at the same time.
Now gradually close your eyes.
Just experience and feel the presence of your surroundings.
Imagine the space that you are sitting in.
Feel the air touching your skin.
Check the smell in the air.
Feel the weight of your body.
And listen to the sounds around you.
Now let's bring our awareness to our breathing.
Take a few deep breaths and inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
And as you do that,
Let your awareness follow the flow of your breath.
And now as you inhale,
Breathe in love.
And as you exhale,
Breathe out fear.
Breathe in abundance and breathe out lack.
Breathe in good health and breathe out any discomfort.
Breathe in productivity and breathe out laziness.
Breathe in confidence and breathe out fear.
And now imagine that you are standing in a lush green and beautiful valley surrounded by mountains.
There is a serene and calm lake in front of you.
And you are also surrounded by a garden of beautiful flowers of various colors.
Feel the fresh air of breeze caressing your face.
Feel the scent of the flowers.
Listen to the sounds of the birds in the valley.
Now imagine that there is a knob near your hand and that you can rotate this knob and increase the color and brightness of this scene that you are visualizing.
So go ahead,
Rotate that knob and increase the brightness and color of this scene.
First increase it to 20%.
Now increase it to 50%.
And now increase it to a complete 100%.
Now this scene of the valley is clear and vivid in front of you.
You are now getting an intuition that you should climb one of the mountains and reach the top.
So now you have started hiking one of the mountains.
As you are hiking up,
You can see beautiful visuals of trees and also the visuals of the valley below you.
As you hike further up,
You are becoming more and more determined to reach the top.
And now you have reached the top of the mountain.
At the edge of the cliff,
You see a person sitting and meditating.
We are walking towards that person and as you are approaching this person,
You are getting an intuition that you know this person.
You decide to sit right next to this person and you realize that this person is your future self.
You can see the calmness,
The peace,
The happiness and the bliss on the face of your future self.
You can also see the wisdom your future self has attained over the years.
You ask your future self this question,
What would you like to tell me so that I grow and evolve to the next level in my journey?
Your future self will now give you the answer.
So just listen to this answer.
I will remain silent for some time as you listen to the answer.
And now that you have got the answer,
You will say a few affirmations.
You can repeat after me now.
I am abundant.
I am productive.
I am healthy.
I am confident.
I am fearless.
I am love.
You can now bring your awareness back to the space that you are sitting in right now.
Feel the weight of your body.
The air touching your skin.
The smell in the air.
And listen to the sounds around you.
Now wiggle your toes and move your fingers.
And gradually come out of the meditation.
