Namaste.
I welcome you to this meditation called Manifesting from the Soul.
I am your guide Saqib and in this meditation I will guide you through some tools beyond the traditional methodologies of manifestation.
Before we begin the meditation,
I would like to tell you a bit about these tools.
I believe that if we first understand the technique,
Our meditation becomes more effective.
Although we will be using various tools in this meditation,
I would like to talk about three specific tools essential for effective manifestation.
The very first tool is called Sankalpa.
Sankalpa means intention.
If we really want something,
We must set a powerful sankalpa or intention for it.
The stronger our will,
The higher are the chances of manifesting that outcome.
The second tool is coherence.
Heart-brain coherence is a phenomenon popularized by the Institute of Heart Math in which the heart feels what the brain thinks.
They are in alignment.
It is essential to feel good while we think about good things.
If we think positively but do not feel good emotionally,
It is a state of contradiction and we fail to manifest what we desire.
The state of coherence is achieved through the state of being.
You have to already be what you want to become.
This happens when you know that your soul is a field of infinite possibilities and that you have infinite potential within you.
So when you be whole and complete within yourself,
You become a vortex and you attract your desired outcome to yourself.
The third tool is surrender.
After setting the sankalpa and after reaching that state of coherence or being,
It will now be time to surrender the responsibility of bringing your desired outcome into manifestation to the universe.
Getting attached to the result creates a sense of lack in us.
We tend to make our happiness dependent on the outcome.
And that is precisely when we start making our manifestation ineffective.
It is hence essential to surrender our control to the universe.
Let the universe bring the outcome to you.
Place your trust in the universe that whatever is right for you,
The universe will bring it to you.
So I hope you now have a fair idea of how we will go about the meditation.
Let's get started then.
I would now request you to sit in a comfortable position with your back straight but relaxed at the same time.
Now gradually close your eyes.
Bring your awareness to your surroundings.
Imagine the space that you are sitting in.
Feel the air touching your skin.
Feel the weight of your body.
Check the smell in the air.
And listen to the sounds around you.
Now bring your awareness to your breathing for some time.
Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.
As you breathe in,
Place your awareness on your nostrils.
And as you breathe out,
Place your awareness on your lips.
Take at least three more complete deep breaths.
Tool number one is Sankalpa.
Sankalpa means intention.
So we will now set our intention for what we desire.
So go ahead and declare your intention.
You can say your intention in the following manner.
I desire to followed by what you desire.
Go ahead and state your sankalpa or intention three times either aloud or in your heart.
Tool number two is visualization.
So now imagine and visualize the situation that you want to manifest.
Imagine the scenario that you will be in once you have achieved your goal.
It might be a scenario when you are in a new city or town or a new office or a stage where you are influencing thousands of people or it might simply be a situation when you are just happy and blissful.
Go ahead and visualize it.
Imagine each and every detail of the situation.
Who is there with you in that situation?
What are your surroundings like?
What are the colors around you?
And now imagine that there is a knob near your hand which you can rotate and increase the brightness and color of the scenario that you are visualizing.
So go ahead and rotate that knob to increase the brightness and color just in your imagination.
Keep visualizing as we move to tool number three that is sound.
What are the sounds that you can listen to in this scenario?
Is anyone saying words of love and appreciation?
Listen to those words.
Continue visualizing as we now bring in tool number four that is sensation.
Sense the touch if there is any in this situation.
Is somebody shaking your hands or giving you a hug?
Sense it in your body.
Tool number five is coherence.
So now we will feel in our heart what we are visualizing.
I would now request you to place one or both of your hands on your chest at your heart center.
Now feel that happiness in your heart which you are getting from this situation that you just visualized.
Feel that bliss spreading in your heart as if your hands are transferring that blissful energy to your heart.
Now feel that bliss and happiness spreading to the entire body.
Bring that smile to your face and feel your body filling with that bliss and happiness.
You can now place your hands back to their original position.
Tool number six is being.
To be what we desire to become we will use affirmations.
I will be saying a few affirmations and either you can repeat after me aloud or just repeat after me silently in your heart.
It's your choice.
Let's start.
I am happy.
I am blissful.
I am abundant.
I am peaceful.
I am love.
I am joy.
Tool number seven is surrender.
Again I will be saying the words of surrender and you can repeat after me.
Dear universe,
I surrender to you and I place my trust in you.
Dear universe,
I surrender to you and I place my trust in you.
Dear universe,
I surrender to you and I place my trust in you.
And the final tool,
Tool number eight is kritagyata or gratitude.
You can repeat after me as I say the words of gratitude.
I thank you universe for manifesting what is best for me and for all sentient beings.
I thank you universe for manifesting what is best for me and for all sentient beings.
I thank you universe for manifesting what is best for me and for all sentient beings.
Now you can bring your awareness back to your immediate surroundings.
Imagine the space that you are sitting in.
Feel the weight of your body.
Feel the air touching your skin.
Feel the smell in the air.
And listen to the sounds around you.
Now wiggle your toes and move your fingers.
And gradually open your eyes.
Now you have set a strong intention,
Got into that state of being and finally surrendered the control of the outcome to the universe.
Stay in that state of being in coherence as if you have already achieved what you desire.
This will make you a magnet that will attract everything to itself that it wants.
