We are now starting with the meditation,
Bringing your awareness to a point in the line of your sight where your eyes rest naturally.
Bringing yourself to a balanced posture,
Which is neither too stiff nor too loose,
Just making sure that your back is straight,
But also relaxed at the same time.
And gradually closing your eyes,
And first bringing your awareness to the base of your spine.
At the base of your spine,
There is a ball of energy that is red in color.
This is your root chakra.
Breathe in and out through the root chakra,
Channeling your breath all the way down to the base of your spine.
And as you breathe in and out through the root chakra,
Feel this chakra rotating gradually.
As this chakra moves,
Feel that balance and alignment.
Feel this chakra harmonizing.
Feel into the harmony of your physical life.
Feel your physical life coming into a place of balance and harmony.
Feel yourself becoming more and more stable and connected to your physical body and to your surroundings.
Feel into that sense of safety and harmony in your physical life.
Keep breathing in and out of your root chakra.
Feel that harmony,
That balance in your root chakra.
Now gradually moving your awareness to your sacral chakra,
Which is located just below your belly button,
A ball of energy that is orange in color.
Breathing in and out through the sacral chakra,
Feel it gradually rotating,
Moving,
Coming into a place of balance and alignment.
And as you feel into your sacral chakra,
Feel your emotional life coming into harmony.
Feel yourself developing a healthy relationship to your emotions.
Neither disconnected nor too attached.
Neither you are repressing emotions,
Nor your emotions are unmanageable.
But there is a harmony,
There is a balance in your relationship to your emotions.
Which means that you can feel into your emotions and you can also heal and manage your emotions.
Continue breathing in and out through the sacral chakra.
Feel it coming to a place of harmony.
As you now bring your awareness to the solar plexus chakra,
Right below your ribcage,
A ball of energy that is yellow in color.
Breathing in and out through the solar plexus,
Feel it balancing,
Aligning,
Moving and rotating.
And as you do that,
Feel your connection to yourself,
To your ego becoming healthier.
More balanced.
You are developing a healthy,
Balanced ego.
Which means that you love yourself,
But you are not too attached to the ego.
Which means that you have a strong sense of self-worth.
And you have strong self-confidence and self-love.
But this is without any pride or selfishness or greed.
There is a balance,
There is a harmony.
As you now bring your awareness to the heart chakra,
At the center of your chest,
A ball of energy that is green in color.
Breathing in and out through the heart chakra,
Feel it harmonizing,
Balancing,
Rotating at a gradual pace.
And this is the center where you feel that balance and harmony in your relationships to yourself and to others.
This is the center for compassion.
Which means that you are neither too attached to others or too detached from others.
There is a balanced non-attachment,
Loving without attachment.
As you breathe in and out of the heart chakra,
Feel that harmony in your relationships.
And moving now to the throat chakra.
At the center of your neck,
There is this ball of energy that is blue in color.
As you breathe in and out through the throat chakra,
Feel that harmony.
Feel that balancing and alignment.
And feel more and more harmony in your expression.
Which means that you are being a channel for the universe.
That you are expressing beauty without over-expressing.
That you are simply a channel for the universe to express itself.
As you now gradually bring your awareness to the third eye chakra.
Breathing in and out through the third eye,
A ball of energy at the center of your forehead that is indigo in color.
And as you breathe in and out,
Feel that harmony,
That alignment.
This is your connection to your intelligence,
Your intuition,
Your wisdom.
Feel this connection becoming stronger.
A balance in the center means that you are connected to your intelligence.
But you are not detached from the body,
From the lower chakras.
There is a harmony,
There is a balance.
You are not too much in the head and yet you are deeply connected to your intelligence.
As you breathe in and out through the third eye chakra,
Feel that harmony in your intelligence.
Feel the connection to your intuition becoming stronger.
As you now bring your awareness to the crown chakra.
Your crown chakra is a ball of energy at the top of your head.
That is violet in color.
Breathing in and out through the crown chakra,
Feel it aligning,
Harmonizing.
This is your connection to the great spirit,
To the divine,
To God,
To nature or to the universe.
Feel that connection becoming stronger.
A balance in this chakra means that you are connected to the great spirit.
But you are not also losing your sense of self.
There is harmony between the divine and the self.
That you feel one with existence.
As if you are a drop in the ocean but at the same time the entire ocean in a drop.
As you breathe in and out through the crown chakra,
Feel that connection to the great spirit becoming stronger.
Feel one with existence.
Now feeling that alignment and harmony and balance in all your chakras together.
Feel all your chakras moving in harmony.
Feel the life force,
The vital energy flowing through the chakras.
Connecting you to earth and to the great spirit and to the cosmos.
Gradually now bringing your awareness back to your physical body.
At this point if you feel like moving,
Stretching,
You can allow yourself to do that.
Noticing your breath,
Noticing your energy.
Noticing your surroundings,
The sounds around you.
And now gradually you can allow your eyes to open as we bring this practice to its completion.
