
Listen To Your Intuition

In this meditation, you will enter a safe space to listen to your intuition. We will bring the mind to stillness and embark on a meditative journey connecting you to your inner wisdom. On the journey, you will receive an intuitive message that will grow into a deeper understanding.

So welcome to the Listen to Your Intuition meditation.
And for this meditation,
I invite you to sit in a comfortable position.
Now once you're comfortably seated,
To take a deep breath in and to gently close your eyes.
We're going to start this meditation simply by witnessing every inhale and every exhale,
Allowing the breath to naturally deepen.
And we'll start by inhaling through the nose and out the nose.
Witnessing the breath coming in through the nostrils,
Allowing the breath to deepen all the way down,
Filling the belly.
Feeling back all your attention,
Energy and awareness into your body.
Reentering the present moment.
Becoming aware of how your body is feeling,
Noticing any sensations or tension allowing yourself to start breathing through the tension.
You're guiding your breath and your awareness to the places in your body where you're feeling some tension.
And gently breathing,
Allowing the tension to soften.
Now we're going to start a breathing sequence together by inhaling for five seconds,
Holding the breath for five seconds,
And then exhaling for five seconds.
And I'll be guiding you through the breathing cycles.
So we'll start with a deep inhale through the nose.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Hold.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Hold.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And release.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And one more deep breath in.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Hold.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And let go.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Now allowing your breath to naturally unfold at its own pace.
Now gently returning to your natural breathing pattern.
And then I invite you to imagine,
Sense,
Or feel that you're walking through a forest.
And when walking through the forest,
Naturally your mind calms down.
Your body relaxes.
Your breath slows down.
It deepens.
And then you're walking closer to a flowing river going all the way through the forest.
And then you notice a lovely spot near a few rocks.
You walk towards it and start sitting down near the river.
While you sit down,
You straighten your back without forcing it too much.
You're sitting up straight,
But at the same time,
You're also in a relaxed position.
While sitting near the river,
You start feeling that energy of the river flowing through you,
Connecting you through the river of light.
And I invite you to imagine,
Sense,
Or feel that this bright white light starts entering through your crown.
And it starts to shower you and cleanse your energetic field flowing all the way down.
And the flow of light continues to flow through you and all around you,
Clearing any clutter,
Worry,
Distraction,
Retention,
Anything that is weighing you down or preventing you from being present.
While the white light is flowing through you,
You suddenly feel so much clearer.
Like what was preventing you from being more deeply connected to yourself.
It just washes away.
And through your feet,
Through your roots,
You suddenly start feeling the energy of the earth.
And from your root,
Chakra,
All the way up,
Blending and harmonizing with the energy of the river of light.
And the energy of the earth helps you to feel grounded,
To feel deeply rooted in who you are,
Connected to your core,
To your essence,
To your divine nature and all that comes with it.
You also feel deeper connection to the life that beholds you.
Feel deeply connected to the essence of who you are and also to your environment and surrounding.
Like you're coexisting and co-creating in harmony.
You start to notice how these two energies above and below,
They start to harmonize within your being.
Within your heart space and also spreading all the way out throughout the rest of your body.
You just take a moment to breathe in that energy,
Allowing to naturally harmonize and flow within you,
Becoming aware and noticing the subtle changes that occur within your energetic body.
Noticing any sensations or feelings or emotions or tensions shifting.
Now,
I'm just going to give you a moment to take some deep breaths in and out,
Allowing this energy to settle within you.
And then I invite you to take a moment to just look around you and notice what you're seeing in the forest,
Seeing what the trees are like,
The rocks in the river,
Any birds you're hearing or seeing,
Any other animals passing by,
Feeling the ground,
The soil beneath you.
Just taking a moment to touch the earth,
Just take a moment to touch the ground next to you,
Knowing it's safe.
You are safe here in a beautiful sanctuary,
The inner sanctuary in nature.
You start feeling one with the forest,
Like your breath and the breath of the forest are harmonizing naturally.
You're no longer separate from your environment.
It's almost like unconsciously you're communicating with it,
Receiving information and wisdom without logically having to know or understand it.
It comes to you through feeling.
And then you look next to you and you start seeing an animal in the distance.
And as it comes closer to you,
You start noticing what the animal is.
It reveals itself to you.
And then you can clearly see what the animal is.
It stops for a moment and it looks at you with curiosity.
And when you look at it in the eyes,
You just notice this deep connection with the animal.
Somewhere within you intuitively feel that this animal is coming to you in its exact moment for a deeper reason,
Even though you don't know what it is yet.
And then again,
The animal moves even closer until it's next to you.
And then you start to breathe more deeply.
And naturally,
Somehow your breath starts to harmonize also with the breathing and with the beating heart of the animal next to you.
You start to attune to its energy.
Intuitively,
You know,
The animals come here to give you a message.
And this animal gives you the feeling signature of that message,
Which is like a seed planted within your heart that will grow naturally into a deeper understanding.
You feel safe with the animal,
And it feels safe with you.
You already know each other,
You've seen each other before,
Even though you cannot consciously remember it.
And then just suddenly the animal leaves again.
Not out of fear,
But almost like it has done his part.
And it is giving you the message that you needed just simply by showing up in your experience.
And you allow yourself to just for a moment to first process the experience of meeting the animal.
You become aware of the feeling signature,
The seed of the message that it gave you.
You can feel it growing within your heart.
And while feeling where that message is planted within you,
Why that animal showed up for you specifically.
You can just ask yourself the question.
What was I feeling when the animal showed up?
And trust the first thing that comes up.
The intuitive message can simply be feeling,
A sensation,
An inner knowing,
Or maybe an image pops up.
Just trust what arises within you.
And know that the intuitive message that you receive will continue to unfold throughout your day,
Or maybe even days,
Or the coming week.
It's safe to trust that the message will grow.
And to receive a deeper understanding of the message that the animal wants to give to you,
You can simply come back to the question.
What does this animal mean to me?
And again,
Trust what first comes up.
And then I invite you to start taking some deeper breaths.
Allowing your body to move a little.
So fully in your body and again becoming aware of the environment that you're in.
Allowing yourself to become aware of the room,
The floor,
The chair you're sitting on.
And know that what can be very helpful to deepen and receive these intuitive messages to continue after this meditation with a journaling practice.
Then you can just write down the animal that showed up for you,
How it made you feel,
And what it means to you.
And you can just allow yourself to write naturally not having to sense or stop or make sense of it.
Just first allow yourself to express in one free motion.
Now first,
We're going to close up this meditation for now with three deep breaths.
Together,
First going to again take a deep breath in through the nose.
Exhale through the mouth.
A deep breath in through the nose.
Exhale out of the mouth.
Taking one more deep breath in.
On the exhale,
You can open your eyes.
And like I just mentioned,
I really recommend also doing a journaling practice to unpack its message and yeah,
Allowing yourself also to unpack the intuitive message over a longer period of time,
Like a couple of days or even weeks can be incredibly insightful.
