Transcript

So welcome to the inner child healing meditation.

And for this meditation,

I invite you to sit or lay down in a comfortable position.

So you're able to relax and allow yourself to sink deeply into the process I will be guiding you through which is reconnecting with your inner child.

And if you want to,

You can pause this meditation for a moment.

If you want to light a candle or get a blanket to make sure that you're nice and comfortable and that you feel safe in the environment that you're in right now,

Because that is essential for this process.

And when you feel ready,

I invite you to softly close your eyes and to first become aware of your body sitting or laying down,

Becoming aware of how you're feeling in this moment.

Knowing that there is no right or wrong way to feel.

And that in this space today,

All feelings are welcomed with love.

And then I invite you to become aware of your breathing,

Allowing yourself to breathe in deeply and exhale softly and slowly,

Allowing your body to softly relax deeper into this experience.

Now I invite you to become aware of your heart.

And if you want to,

You can even put one or both hands on top of your heart.

And start allowing yourself to breathe deeply in and slowly out through that heart space area.

And know that your heart space goes far beyond your physical heart.

And that space at center is unique to you.

Continue to breathe through your heart space,

Allowing that energetic field to become stronger.

And feeling the energy of your heart spread and expand even far beyond your chest,

Allowing that energy to spread throughout the rest of your body,

Allowing that love to go into every single cell,

Every little corner wiggling its way.

Allowing your body to be filled with love and compassion,

Allowing the weight on your shoulders to be lifted,

Allowing the body to be filled with love and compassion.

Allowing the weight on your shoulders to be lifted,

Allowing that energy to soften any tensions that you're feeling,

And allowing that love,

Just compassion to lift any judgments that you're currently holding,

Especially to yourself.

And also taking a moment to become aware of how hard,

How harsh we can be to ourselves.

But also that when we become aware of this,

That we actually empower ourselves to change it so we can be just a little bit more loving to ourselves.

And to remind ourselves that within us there's a child that is innocent,

Is playful,

That's naturally creative,

Knows how to have fun,

And that we can reconnect with him or her whenever we want to.

And throughout life when we grow up,

We can sometimes forget this,

We can forget that all the world or just the way we talk to ourselves,

That we actually are hurting ourselves when we do that.

And that today in this meditation together,

We set the intention to be aware of the world and the world,

And that we can be aware of the world and the world.

And that today in this meditation together,

We set the intention to be more loving,

To be more loving to ourselves.

And that today we set the intention to reconnect with that child within.

And now I invite you to imagine that you're walking on the beach,

And it's a beautiful sand beach.

You're walking barefoot,

With your feet touching the sand.

You start walking closer to the water,

Walking closer to the water,

And softly the water of the ocean,

When the wave reaches the shore,

It touches your feet.

You're breathing in the fresh air,

And somehow this fresh air of the ocean,

It calms your mind.

And with every step,

You become more present in this moment,

Allowing the water to bring you more in touch with your feeling body,

With your emotions.

And for now,

It's just okay to feel,

You no longer have to do anything or figure it out,

You can just be here in this moment.

And you look on the beach and in the distance,

You see a child on the sand,

And then you recognize that child.

It's you.

You stop walking for a moment,

And decide to walk closer to him or her.

You see your child self in the sand,

And you first observe her for a while,

Or him.

What is she doing?

How is she feeling?

What is she doing?

How is she feeling?

How is she feeling?

With every step,

You walk closer to her.

And with each step,

You attune more to how she feels.

And if you're him,

Just replace the words,

But I will now continue if she,

To make the guidance a little easier.

And when you come close,

You sit down.

And you can then allow your inner child to approach you if she wants to.

But know that that is something that cannot be rushed or forced.

You feel your heart opening,

Opening and you're welcoming her with her energy.

And notice how she responds to you.

Does she feel safe?

Is she excited?

Or is she upset?

And how old are you?

Can you see it?

At June to the age?

Or you can maybe even ask?

And what does she want or need?

And does she recognize you?

Or maybe she doesn't know who you are.

And I will give you a moment.

This is a safe space where you can communicate with your inner child.

Know that there's no right or wrong way to go about it.

And that you can trust yourself in this process.

And do you have compassion for yourself of how you are and where you are in this moment?

And also have compassion for the child within you,

No matter how she responds or reacts to you.

And to know that what your inner child really needs is your love,

Your care,

Your compassion,

Your understanding.

So seek to understand him or her.

And connect in a way that feels good to both of you.

So you can listen to what your inner child has to say.

Listen without judgment.

And also allow yourself to speak from that heart space.

What does she need to know?

What would you love someone to tell you when you were that age?

Give her the words of love and wisdom that she needs.

So your inner child might also have a message for you.

What does she want you to know?

How does she feel loved?

How can you connect with her more deeply?

So so you can now also sit across from your inner child so you sit close to one another if your heart's facing each other.

And if it feels good and safe for the both of you,

You can put your hand on her heart.

And she can put her hand on your heart.

You can then allow yourself to again breathe deeply through that heart space.

Allowing the energetic thread of both of your hearts to become stronger.

Allowing the love to strengthen your connection.

Allowing that energy to flow freely between you too.

To say from my heart to yours,

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

And feel yourself sending that love energetically to her.

So she can feel that love that she's always wanted so badly from you.

And that she knows that she doesn't have to do anything to deserve that to be worthy or to be good.

That she's loved just the way she is.

And if you want to you can connect with your inner child a little bit longer and pause this meditation.

We're now also going to move closer to the closing of it.

So you now can ask your inner child if she wants to stay here on the beach or if she wants to come with you into the present moment to be who you are right now today in your beautiful adult body.

And that if she wants to she can have a special place in your heart where she's safe and loved held by the warmth of your heart.

And but if she's not ready to do that,

No,

That's okay too.

If your inner child does want to merge with you in your heart,

You can use a louder process to merge.

And if you want to come with you in your heart,

You can use a louder process to merge allowing the energy of your inner child to merge with who you are right now today.

And it's a beautiful playful childlike energy will awaken your heart into more playfulness and creativity.

And even if your inner child chooses to stay on the beach,

You can still invite that energy into your heart.

Breathing deeply through that heart space,

Awakening an even deeper love for yourself and compassion for who you are today.

And all that if you've experienced all the decisions that you've made,

And again,

You can allow that energyh to slowly rise.

Restoring the uncertainty and the cookie loving And again you can allow that energy to spread again throughout your body becoming aware of your physical body again in the here and now sitting or laying down allowing that energy to spread into every corner,

Fuse into every single cell.

You can even allow that love,

That compassion,

That playful creative energy to spread all around your body cocooning you with its warmth.

You can even allow it to expand even further filling up the entire room that you're sitting here laying down in.

Taking a few deep breaths in.

Bringing all your awareness back to your body,

Back to this room.

When you feel ready you can again take a deep breath in.

When you feel ready you can open your eyes.
