In the home of your heart,
There is a garden and it is full of potential.
If you feed it with sweetness and love,
It will blossom and grow.
If you water the flowers and not the weeds,
It will flourish and you and all around you will benefit.
How does your garden grow?
Do you plant seeds of love,
Kindness and compassion?
Each new day brings us opportunities to share goodness,
To bring light,
To cultivate connection with others,
To lift our hearts to the sun.
Make room for the flowers in your garden.
Rid yourself of the weeds that drag down your heart.
Create colorful bouquets to lift your spirit and decorate your soul.
Something beautiful is ready to emerge from the darkness.
You have the power and wisdom to make a difference.
Choose to make a difference.
Choose to be the flower in someone's life and not the weed.
Use your unique essence to spread seeds of joy.
Be the reason someone smiles today.
Watch the transformation of the boundless garden of your being.
Feed and nourish your soul and awaken your tender heart so that you may bring nourishment to others.
Be like a butterfly and bring nectar to the needy.
We are all connected in the circle of life.
Embrace Mother Earth who supports us all.
Tread lightly and nurture your relationships as you would your garden.
Gently care for those you love with the same tenderness you would a growing plant.
Dedicate the path of your garden to love and understanding.
Share the abundant harvest you have created.
Be patient with those who may be on a different path as they may be struggling.
They too are reaching for the sunny spot.
Let nature's bounty inspire you.
Let her harmony and beauty fertilize the soil of your soul so that you may evolve with strength and fortitude.
She brings us dependability and rhythm.
Day and night,
Sun and moon,
Seasons and tides.
Devote yourself to sow seeds of positivity,
Of joy,
Of peace and mindfulness.
Foster their growth and expansion with rich nutrients,
Water,
Light and warmth so they may germinate and spread far and wide.
We are merely a strand in this web of life.
If we damage the web,
We damage ourselves and those around us.
Be the one who makes the web stronger and more resilient.
Be the one that draws people into your loving garden.
If you choose to seed you so mindfully,
They will bloom into petals of happiness.
It can be no other way as this is the spiritual law of nature.
Scatter these wholesome petals like confetti.
See them float into the air and create a canopy of love.
Be the one who starts a ripple effect.
Others will reap the harvest and pass it on.
And at the end of the day,
Come home to the garden of your heart to refresh,
Replenish and renew.
Fill yourself with loving kindness so tomorrow you may begin again.
Thank you for joining me for this meditation.
