Morning Prayer for Trusting the Unknown Hello Beloved.
Take a slow breath in and sigh it out.
Before this day asks anything of you,
Before the lists and the worries begin to move,
Come home to yourself.
I know the unknown feels like a wild forest at dawn,
Mist rising,
Path unclear.
Your mind reaching for anything familiar to hold on to.
It is human to question,
To want guarantees,
But listen.
There is a quieter knowing beneath the noise,
A steady pulse beneath the rising of fear,
An ancient truth older than your daily doubts.
We were born to feel our way through the mystery,
To learn the language of our own intuition and to trust the small nudges.
This morning I want you to remember,
You have walked through darkness before and still found your way.
You have lost what you thought you could not live without and still somehow survived and thrived.
Your life kept unfolding,
Offering you new beginnings,
New wisdom,
New strength.
We do not have to trust the whole journey today.
Just trust this moment,
This breath,
This support of the ground beneath our feet.
Let yourself whisper this truth.
I can show up without knowing the ending.
I can be present without needing certainty.
I can walk one step at a time and call it courage.
Beloved,
May you feel the presence of unseen help around you.
Ancestors,
Guides,
A higher power that does not demand proof.
May you remember that not all safety comes from control.
Some of it comes from surrender,
From opening our palms and our heart to the experience and letting the day unfold without forcing it into a specific shape.
May you trust that whatever happens,
You will meet it with the wisdom you've earned and the resilience you carry in your heart and mind.
Take one more breath,
Slow and deep.
Let it anchor you in the calm center of your being.
Repeat after me.
With gratitude,
I allow the grace of this prayer to weave into my day.
