30 Minute Vedic Rounding Timer

This 30-minute (meditation) guided timer is for Vedic meditators who have learned rounding and would like a timer to help keep them honest throughout the practice. It starts at the 2 min Shavasana point and finishes at the end of the 10 mins Shavasana.

Transcript

Now that you've finished the asanas,

Lie down in Shavasana for two minutes.

Now slowly make your way to your meditation chair.

And we will now begin five minutes of pranayama.

We will finish on the next left nostril exhale.

And I'll let you know when to start thinking the mantra.

Start to effortlessly think the mantra now.

Chye Gurudev Keep your eyes closed and gently find your way to your yoga mat.

And we will now do ten minutes of Shavasana.

And when you're ready,

Slowly open the eyes and enjoy the rest of your day.
