Welcome to this guided deep sleep meditation that will help you drift into a state of profound relaxation and restore your body and mind.

Find a comfortable position in your bed allowing your body to sink into the mattress and gently close your eyes.

Make sure you've got enough pillows,

Blankets or duvets around you.

Take a few deep breaths,

Inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth,

Letting go of any tension or stress from your day.

We'll begin by relaxing your body from head to toe.

As you breathe in,

Imagine a warm soothing light entering your body through the crown of your head.

Feel this gentle light expanding and spreading,

Comfort throughout your entire head,

Melting away any lingering stress or worry.

As you exhale,

Release any remaining tension,

Allowing your forehead to smooth,

Your eyes to soften and your jaw to relax.

Now let this comforting light slowly move down through your neck and shoulders.

With each breath,

Imagine the light massaging away any knots or stiffness in these areas,

Leaving you feeling light and at ease.

Continue to guide this light down your arms and into your hands,

Easing the muscles and letting go of any remaining tension.

As you breathe deeply,

Feel the warmth of the light as it flows down your chest and back,

Releasing any tightness and allowing your spine to align naturally.

Allow yourself to surrender to this sensation,

Feeling the gentle embrace of relaxation spreading throughout your body.

Now,

Shift your focus to your breath.

Take a moment to notice the natural rhythm of your breathing.

Feel the cool air as you inhale and the warmth as you exhale.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Imagine each breath as a wave of calmness washing over you.

Follow the breath's journey as it enters your body,

Filling you with peace and as it leaves,

Taking away any tension or restlessness.

If thoughts arise,

Gently acknowledge them but don't hold on to them.

Let them pass like clouds in the sky,

You are in a tranquil forest surrounded by tall,

Majestic trees.

The air is fresh and pure and you can feel the gentle warmth of the sunlight on your skin.

You hear the soft symphony of nature,

The birds singing,

Leaves rustling and the distant sound of a bubbling stream.

As you breathe in the crisp forest air,

You feel a profound sense of peace and connection with nature.

Take a moment to explore this forest with your mind's eye,

Noticing the intricate details of the plants,

The vibrant colours and the sense of harmony that envelops you.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

You spot a gentle stream nearby.

Picture the clear,

Sparkling water flowing effortlessly over smooth stones,

Creating a soothing melody that resonates through the air.

The sound of the stream relaxes you even further,

Allowing you to let go of any remaining tension.

Imagine yourself walking towards the stream,

Feeling the soft earth beneath your feet and the coolness of the grass.

As you reach the stream's edge,

You dip your hands into the water and a sense of tranquillity washes over you.

Now,

Imagine lying down next to the stream,

Feeling the softness of the grass supporting your body.

The sound of the flowing water lulls you into a deeper state of relaxation.

Visualise the night sky above you,

With millions of twinkling stars filling the darkness.

As you gaze at the stars,

You begin to feel a profound sense of surrender.

You let go of all the worries and responsibilities,

Knowing that the universe supports you.

Trust that everything is taken care of,

And you can release any lingering tension.

Feel a sense of weightlessness,
