Can't do a 15 or 20-minute meditation? This is a 10-minute recording/timer for Vedic meditators, guided by Vedic Meditation Teacher, Sam Wysock-Wright. The founder of Soma Meditation. Remember, 20 minutes is optimal! It's the perfect alternative to meditation timers, and you'll hear a gentle "Jai Guru Deva" to bring you out of the meditation.
