Hello and welcome.

I'm Sammy Swain and before we get into this Gratitude for Nature meditation,

I just wanted to share that if you love what I do and what I'm putting out there,

Your support would mean the world to me and you can support by subscribing or dropping me a comment,

Review,

Whatever's comfortable.

And yeah,

I'd really appreciate that,

So thank you.

And let's begin.

Find yourself a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Gently close your eyes down and begin to settle into this moment.

Allow your body to soften.

It can be a bit of a shrug of the shoulders or a shake of the hands,

The arms,

The legs.

Taking a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and exhaling slowly out the mouth,

Letting go of the day so far.

One more time,

In your own pace,

Inhale and exhale,

Feeling yourself becoming more grounded,

Centered and present in this very moment.

Continue to breathe gently in your own rhythm that's comfortable.

We're about to embark on a journey into the heart of nature,

A place where you can feel deeply connected to the earth,

To the air,

To the trees and to everything that surrounds you.

I invite you to visualize yourself standing on soft,

Rich soil.

The soil beneath you is warm and comforting,

As if the earth itself is embracing your every step.

Feel the gentle support of the soil beneath your feet.

And the roots of ancient trees beneath that.

And the pulse of life that flows from the very core of this planet.

With each inhale,

Imagine the earth sending its energy from the core up into your body through your feet,

Filling you with warmth and vitality.

And with each exhale,

Feeling your body releasing any weight or tension that's no longer needed back into the earth,

Where it's absorbed and transformed.

Take a few of these deeply rich,

Nourishing inhales,

Warming you and filling you with vitality.

Take a couple of deep exhales,

Releasing any weight that you no longer need.

And in this moment,

You are deeply connected to the earth.

The earth is grateful for you,

And you are grateful for this earth.

Now imagine looking up towards the sky,

Where the sun's golden rays are gently painting and warming your skin.

Feel the warmth as the sunlight touches your skin.

The sky is vast,

Stretching endlessly above you,

Painted in shades of soft blue,

With clouds drifting lazily by like cotton wisps in the wind.

Feeling the warmth of the sun on your face,

Its gentle touch bringing life to everything it touches.

You can feel your energy increasing when the sun touches your skin.

You can feel the energy of the sun filling you with a quiet radiance,

A peaceful warmth that flows through your body,

Bringing light to your heart.

As you inhale,

Feel the sun's energy filling your body,

Giving you strength,

Clarity and warmth.

And as you exhale,

Offer your thanks to the sun for its life-giving rays that nurture all living things.

Now turn your attention to the trees and plants that surround you.

Picture yourself standing in a forest,

Where trees are tall and stretch high into the sky,

Their branches swaying gracefully in the breeze.

Each tree stands as a silent guardian.

Their roots intertwined with the earth,

Their leaves shimmering in the sunlight.

Feel the energy of the trees providing us with the oxygen we need,

And being deeply rooted and steady,

Sending their wisdom and peace into your being.

With each inhale,

Imagine drawing in their strength,

Their stillness and their quiet power.

As you exhale,

Send your gratitude to the trees.

Thank them for their shade,

Their beauty and the oxygen they provide,

Allowing you to breathe deeply and freely,

Day after day.

Now imagine yourself near a river,

A sparkling stream,

Or at the edge of a pristine lake.

Hear the soft rhythmic sound of water flowing over rocks,

Its coolness a soothing balm to your spirit.

The water moves effortlessly,

Weaving its way through the land,

A reminder of nature's constant flow.

Feel the cool refreshing air that rises from the water,

Carrying with it a sense of purity and renewal.

As you inhale,

Imagine the freshness of this air filling your body,

Washing away any tension or heaviness and replenishing you with clarity and calmness.

As you exhale,

Offer thanks to the water in front of you for its endless cycle of renewal,

Nourishing all life and bringing balance to the earth.

Take a moment to expand your awareness and send your gratitude outward,

Visualizing the entire planet alive with nature in all its forms.

Visualize the forests,

Oceans,

Mountains,

Deserts and all the beings that inhabit them.

Feel the interconnectedness of all things,

How each tree,

Each breath of wind,

Each drop of rain,

And each heartbeat is part of a greater whole.

You are a part of this beautiful web of life,

And as you breathe in,

You acknowledge your deep connection to the earth and universe.

And as you exhale,

You send your gratitude to all of nature,

Knowing that we are all a part of this sacred living organism,

The planet that we call home.

Take a deep breath in,

Allowing all the love,

Gratitude and peace from nature to fill your heart.

And as you exhale,

Send this peace back out into the world,

Knowing that you are one with all the beauty around you.

When you feel ready,

Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the room around you.

And I invite you to bring a gentle stretch into the body.

Slowly open your eyes,

Bringing with you the peace,

Love and gratitude of nature into your day.

And enjoy carrying this sense of connection and appreciation with you,

Remembering that nature is always there,

Offering its gifts,

Its beauty and its wisdom.
