In today's meditation, we'll jump into our past self at a time where we needed support. When we hold fear as trauma in the mind and the body, it's as if we are putting a stone in a backpack that we're carrying. Throughout our life, we add more rocks, and our bag gets heavier. Eventually, the bag starts to take a toll on our present self. Today's meditation will encourage us to let go of this residual fear, and realease some of these stones from our bag, in order to fully arrive in the present.
