Why do we give so much importance to our thoughts? Have you ever thought about that? Why is it that when we're stressed, or frustrated, or in any state really, that we give more weight to our thoughts than all of the incredibly vast experience that's happening around us? It's like as we focus in on our thoughts, we lose sight of the world around us, but if we can keep our focus soft, we notice that our thoughts are happening within a much bigger experience. Today's meditation will explore just that
