This is a practice to wind down for the day. If your mind is a bit active as you lay down in bed, this meditation is suited for you. It can probably be a nice yoga nidra as well, but I'll have some other more appropriate yoga nidra meditations. As we slumber, let's take the time to make intentions for our dreams, learn and grow from this alternate reality that we enter. This is the first of this series. More to come!
