Find Deep Nourishment Within

This is a lovely meditation for finding nourishment within ourselves. When we sink into what truly fills us up, we find that we can stop looking outside of the body, outside of the mind, for love and fulfillment. We have within us all of the tools to truly connect with our highest self and while it's easy today, it really takes the practice to walk the walk. So here's to walking the walk, for doing the work, for spreading the love. As you are, so it is. As you are, so it will be.

This was fantastic! I have not seen holistic inquiry practices embedded in a meditation before, but this is so well played. Really just yummy and delicious! I feel enough.

Not only was this a beautiful meditation it also sparked a deep within curiosity of the answer that I will give myself. How would it feel to be completely nourished? How would it feel to have my body completely nourished? How would it feel to have my mind completely nourished? How would it feel to have my soul completely nourished? How would it feel to be holistically completely nourished? With these questions come a fire inside for me to find truly what this means for me verbally,on paper,and also the spark it created for my answers to be visual as well.I am inspired by this meditation and want to not only write my answers,or verbally say my answers but I am so inspired to do a piece of artwork of what my answers would look like after deep contemplating of all above.I see beautiful colors and wildlife,the internal self ,and planet .Now after a few days I would like to share somehow.I am an artist but have been really not inspired lately and this really is resignating with me.Thank you for the beautiful words,the breathing,the relaxation,the calmness,the truth,the curiosity provoked to go deeply for my answers and the inspiration to create a work of art based off my own answers.Much Love and Peace ❤️✌️
