This introductory sitting meditation practice provides frequent guidance, and introduces a number of tools to use when the mind is very busy. As always when using recorded guidance, practice with beginner’s mind. Although the recording is the same each time, if you practice with beginner’s mind, you will notice that your experience is different each time.
