Take a time out and tune in to the elements and astrological energies within yourself.

These meditations will take you on a journey to align with the four elements and 12 zodiac signs expressing themselves daily in each and every one of us.

Let's harness this astrological energy within to live a fuller aligned life.

Let's grow.

Tuning in to the element of air.

A meditation to embrace clarity and flow.

Welcome to this air element meditation.

The element of air symbolizes clarity,

Freedom,

Breath,

And the flow of thoughts and energy.

The three zodiac signs that naturally possess this energy are Libra,

Aquarius,

And Gemini.

Through this practice,

We will connect with the lightness,

Expansiveness,

And vitality of air to bring a sense of calm and renewal.

To begin,

Settle in.

Find a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down,

Ensuring you feel supported.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,

Holding it for a moment,

And then exhale slowly through your mouth.

Begin to feel your breath,

And without changing it,

Notice as it naturally flows in and out.

Feel the gentle rhythm of life moving through you.

As you continue to breathe,

Imagine the air entering your body is pure and refreshing.

Carrying lightness and clarity.

With each inhale,

Invite calm and spaciousness into your mind.

With each exhale,

Release tension,

Worry,

Stagnant energy,

Or stale thoughts,

Letting them dissolve into the air around you.

If you haven't already and are comfortable in doing so,

Close down your eyes,

Take a deep breath,

And allow your imagination to guide you.

Picture yourself standing in a wide,

Open field.

The grass beneath your feet is soft and lush,

And the horizon stretches endlessly before you.

Above,

The sky is vast and clear,

Painted in hues of blue,

With gentle,

Fluffy clouds drifting lazily by.

Feel the breeze begin to dance around you.

It is cool and refreshing,

Carrying with it faint,

Sweet scents of wild flowers and fresh earth.

The air brushes against your skin,

Inviting you to let go of any tension or heaviness you may be holding onto.

As you stand there,

Notice how the breeze continues to carry away the weight of your thoughts,

Gently lifting any worries,

Doubts,

Or fears.

Visualize these concerns dissolving into the air,

Disappearing as they are carried far,

Far away.

With each passing moment,

Your body feels lighter,

As though a great burden is being lifted.

Now shift your attention to your breath.

As you inhale,

Imagine the air filling your lungs,

With radiant,

Golden light infused with clarity and wisdom,

Breath and vitality.

Feel this light spreading through your entire body,

Illuminating every corner of your being.

The breeze continues to swirl around you,

Playful and gentle,

As though it is whispering secrets of the universe.

Hear it tell you,

You are free,

You are limitless,

You are in harmony with life's flow.

Let these words settle into your heart.

With each breath,

You feel more connected to the air around you,

A part of its boundless,

Flowing nature.

In this open field,

With the sky above and the earth below,

You feel perfectly balanced.

You are grounded yet weightless,

Expansive yet present.

Take a moment to soak in this feeling of freedom and ease,

Knowing you can return to this space of clarity and flow whenever you need.

Now begin to shift your awareness back to your breath.

Gradually bring your awareness into your body,

Feeling your lungs gently expand and contract with each breath in and out.

Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes and notice the sensation of air around you and within you.

Take a deep breath in and exhale fully,

Grounding yourself in the present moment.

As you begin to take fuller,

Deeper breaths,

Sip in all the oxygen you can into your lungs,

Hold the breath at the top,

And then exhale out of the mouth all the toxins,

Bad attitudes,

And stress in your life.

Let it go.

Feel your body,

Mind,

And spirit in this present moment.

Now add gentle movement back to your body.

As you wake up,

Open the eyes,

Look around,

And arrive.

Let's take one more breath to seal this practice together.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Smile.
