Sitting comfortably with your spine straight.

Taking a moment now just to notice what you can see around you.

Then gently allow your eyes to close.

Become aware of your body,

Noticing how it feels.

What are the most obvious sensations?

Notice how your body is supported by the chair and by gravity.

Bringing your awareness to the gentle rise and fall of your chest.

As you breathe in and breathe out.

Taking a nice,

Slow,

Deep breath.

Sighing as you breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Allow your breath to find its own natural rhythm.

Effortless,

Unforced.

If you notice thoughts or feelings arise,

Know that that's okay.

You don't need to try and suppress them.

Just simply allow them to drift through your mind like clouds in the sky.

Bring your attention back to your breath and your body.

Allowing your shoulders to drop and your face to soften.

And when you're ready,

Gently opening your eyes.

And move mindfully into the rest of your day.
