Thank you for joining me for this simple practice of labeling colors.
You can do this anywhere and you're obviously going to do it with your eyes open.
So get yourself comfortable whether that's out for a walk,
Sitting or even lying down.
It's all welcome.
Gently start to notice your breath without the need to change it.
Just observing the inflow and outflow of your breath.
And now allow your eyes to scan around the place that you are.
And very gently just start to name all the colors of the rainbow that you can see.
Orange,
Blue,
Purple,
Black,
Beige,
White,
Green,
Just whatever colors you can see.
Move your head around,
Allow your eyes to drift up and down,
Left and right.
And don't worry if you have to name the same colors over and over again.
Just keep looking around your space and taking in those colors.
Fantastic.
Sometimes it really can be that short,
Sweet and simple.
Do this any time that you feel your nervous systems a little bit numb and needs to be woken up to the present moment.
If all you have time for is 10 colors,
