Welcome to these affirmations for anxiety and anxious feelings.

These affirmations can be used whenever you're feeling anxiety,

Having anxious feelings,

Anxious thoughts.

Whenever your anxiety is heightened,

If something has triggered you and your mind is swirling,

Please find yourself in a comfortable position,

Whether seated or laid down and we'll begin.
