Before we begin,

You need to remember this.

Confidence is not a thought.

It's a posture your body remembers.

Let's wake it up together.

So settle in.

Maybe you're sitting down or standing up.

You cannot be laying down for this one.

And what we're going to do is the ha breath.

So on your inhale,

You're going to lift up your arms towards the sky,

Palms open,

And on your exhale,

You're going to let out a sound,

As you pull the arms down and draw your elbows towards your ribs.

All right.

So let's do this.

We're going to do this for about 90 seconds.

So inhale,

Arms up to the heavens,

Take a deep breath in,

And then exhale,

Now let that go.

And for the last part of our practice,

On your next inhale,

You're going to open your arms wide,

Lift your chest,

And lift your gaze as far up as you can get,

Like you're looking up at the heavens.

Your palms are facing the sky.

Your chin and gaze is looking up.

So you're inhaling and you're literally looking up at the heavens.

And then you're exhaling.

You're giving yourself a big,

Tight hug.

Okay,

So let's do this again.

Take a deep breath in,

Gazing up,

Looking up.

Arms are wide.

Palms are facing the heavens.

And hold the breath here.

Hold the breath.

And whisper in your mind as you're gazing up,

As you're holding the posture,

It is safe to be seen.

It is safe to be seen.

And then exhale,

Hold yourself,

Hug yourself.

Let all the air out.

And whisper in your mind,

I'm home in my body.

I'm home in my body.

Let it be emotional,

Not mechanical.

So inhale again.

Open your arms wide.

Lift your chest.

Lift your gaze.

Hold the breath here.

And whisper in your mind,

It is safe to be seen.

It is safe to be seen.

Now exhale,

Hug yourself.

I'm home in my body.

And last one.

Inhale deeply,

Looking up.

Palms are facing up.

Chest is pointing towards the heavens.

Hold the breath.

Whisper in the mind,

It is safe to be seen.

And then exhale,

And let it all go.

And now say out loud,

I'm ready to be seen.
