Go and sit down in a nice place or lay down and start connecting with the sounds around
You and have a look in your own space.
Connect with your own creation that you have around you.
Connect with your breath and feel how with every in-breath and every out-breath,
Your
Body and your mind is getting calmer and calmer.
With your next in-breath,
Take a moment to slowly close your eyes and feel how with every
Breath you're getting more and more relaxed.
Feel how your intention is being drawn inwards.
You feel how your muscles are slowly getting more and more relaxed.
Your mind is getting calmer and calmer.
Are you really arriving here at home?
Welcome home.

I invite you to envision in your mind's eye these beautiful open plains.
You can see some trees in the distance,
But everywhere you look,
It's open fields with
High grass and beautiful wildflowers.
You can hear buzzing,
Little sounds of creatures that live around on these plains.
It's such an easy walk through the plains as well.
You feel with every step how you're becoming more and more relaxed.
You feel it with your breath.
You're feeling it going into your nose,
Filling up your lungs,
And really grounding yourself
In this beautiful nature.
Just take a moment and really embrace your environment here.
The temperature is beautiful.
It's such a calm,
Calm feeling.
And just keep walking.
While you're walking through these beautiful plains,
You see some little ponds,
Little
Splashes of water around you.
You walk through a little creek.
You just notice how nature is so calmly and available to you,
To be.
It really wants to tell you a story.
It wants to share with you.
It wants to embrace you as a beautiful motherly hug.
It brings up all these feelings of being really thankful.
And while walking on these beautiful plains,
You see this tree in front of you.
And you walk towards the tree.
You find a place to sit down.
And while you're sitting here,
You feel how the sun is slowly going down.
And how you're becoming part of this twilight,
Where the night is arriving and the day is
Saying goodbye.
And then when you look to your side,
You can see this beautiful creature walking towards
You.
And when it's getting closer and closer,
You see that this is a beautiful gray coyote.
It has a twinkle in its eye.
And it walks towards you.
It doesn't doubt.
It just knows that it's here to meet you.
And you feel the same way.
You feel like this beautiful,
Graceful animal is here to connect with you.
It stops really close and it sniffs you,
Which is a great feeling.
But while the coyote is coming so close,
You can put your hands on this beautiful animal
As well.
You connect with its fur.
And really feel how the interconnectedness between you and this coyote is being built.
While you're cuddling this beautiful coyote,
You rest against the tree.
And the coyote curls up next to you.
You just feel how the two of you are slowly,
Slowly entering into this dream world,
Where
The two of you are so relaxed and so calm.
You're really parsoning up together.
Your energies are blends as one.
And the coyote invites you to come and run together through the plains,
So it can show
You and reflect with you on questions or insights you're looking for,
Or just to share wisdom
With you.
Just follow the guidance of the coyote.
And just notice that if you feel like you're drifting away,
Just take your breath in and
Reconnect with this beautiful soul.
A soul that really wants to share with you and show you some insights.
It really has the best interests at heart for you.
And shows you that you are capable of anything that you dream of.
So connect with this energy and see where it wants to guide you,
Where it wants to take
You on adventure or on stillness,
Showing you some reflection in the beautiful creek.
Know that you are completely safe and you're welcome to surrender to this experience.
And then notice how the two of you are arriving back at the tree.
Notice how you're starting to wake up together and connect with that grateful energy and
Knowing that you can always come back.
Journeying together is an open invitation for you.
This coyote stretches itself out,
Takes a good one more sniff of you,
And then slowly
Makes its way back to its own den and its own pack.
You're slowly starting to get up.
Just step into that full heart of wisdom,
Healing,
And gratefulness.
You start to walk your own path back over the plain.
Find that renewed energy,
The groundedness,
And the gifts that were shared with you.
And then slowly start connecting with the chair you're sitting on or the floor you're
Laying on.
Start connecting with the sounds in your room,
With your own breath.
And then take a breath in and slowly open your eyes,
Connect with your own environment
And welcome home.
