Welcome to your transformational journey with the beautiful Salmon.

I invite you to sit into your chair,

Put your feet on the floor,

Or find a comfortable position to lay down.

If you want you can roll your shoulders up a bit and really ease into it.

It's such a beautiful place to relax.

Start connecting with your breath.

And while you're connecting with your breath,

While you breathe in and breathe out in your own time,

You can close your eyes.

And while you're closing your eyes,

You start the journey inwards.

A relaxing journey of calming down and being at ease.

Traveling inwards to connect with your inner knowing,

With your soul.

And following your own rhythm of your breath allows your body to relax into it.

It allows you to ease.

And just follow that breath and notice how your body is getting more and more relaxed.

You're really starting to drift away.

And your drifting away is bringing you into this calm space,

A space of relaxation,

A space where you can connect with your authentic self.

It's such an ease.

And I invite you to imagine that you are walking in this beautiful place of nature.

This beautiful place with this easy path.

You're walking on your path barefoot and you're really connecting with the earth.

It's such an easy step.

And while you're looking around,

You connect with your environment of beautiful trees and grasses.

If you look far away,

You see the mountains and you're really connecting with that beautiful crisp air that's there.

And you're so welcomed by nature.

There is this buzzing of insects.

You can see the birds flying while they're resting in the trees.

There's of course animals that are walking around,

Some are quite bold,

You can see them.

And others are kind of shied away and in hiding.

But you're part of this beautiful,

Beautiful family.

It's such a nice place to be.

This is your safe haven,

Your safe place of being.

When you look around,

You also see this beautiful body of water.

It's this beautiful little river.

It has quite the flow of water and you feel attracted to go and walk closer by.

And when you find your beautiful tree,

You find a place to sit and you lean against it.

When you start watching the water,

You start to notice these beautiful fish jumping up.

Jumping up the flow.

And just take a moment and really feel into that energy.

Start to notice how beautiful the fish are.

Maybe you can look at different colors.

And while you're looking at these beautiful fish,

You really feel like getting up and walking into the river as well.

It's quite the flow when you step into the water.

And while you're standing there,

Getting really close to these beautiful salmon,

You kind of feel how your feet are being swept away.

And it's almost like you're diving into the river.

Before you know it,

You feel how you're ending up underwater.

And it gives you this beautiful view of the salmon.

And you feel like you can be here underwater the whole time.

And you kind of start swimming alongside the salmon.

Just feel the playfulness.

And although you're swimming against the current,

It really makes you happy and brings joy.

It brings kind of a clay-like,

Childlike energy into you.

And just take a moment.

Just follow the energy and follow the fish.

And while you're swimming next to these beautiful fish,

You feel that there is this heart connection.

And you start to notice that salmon is sending you messages.

And a message is easily received by you.

It could be a sensation,

A picture,

Words in your mind.

Just follow this flow.

Follow this connection.

And if you feel that you're kind of losing the connection,

Just move your body and go with the flow.

And see if you maybe can reconnect with this beautiful animal.

And then slowly start to notice that the exchange of storytelling or messaging is slowly coming to a full circle.

And take a moment to say thanks to the salmon for all the wisdom that was shared.

And then notice that you're slowing,

Find your way to seating and standing up.

And when you look around,

It's almost like the colors even got brighter.

And then slowly you start to make your way out to the water,

Towards your beautiful tree.

And just take a moment to sit down with the tree.

So that you can take a moment to really digest the exchange,

The love and kindness.

And the energetic experience of being together with salmon.

It's such a nice and calm feeling.

And then you slowly make your way to standing up and starting to walk into your own path again.

You're really starting to find your way back.

Knowing that this beautiful place of nature is your secret hiding place.

This is your place where you can connect with the animals and trees and plants.

This healing space.

You slowly start to reconnect with your breath,

Feeling it going deeper and deeper.

And then you start to connect with your sounds around you.

And you start to feel how you're really grounded and rooted back into your own place.

And with your next in-breath and out-breath,

You slowly open your eyes.

You have a look around your beautiful place.

And you know you have arrived back home.

Welcome home.

Welcome back.

A sense of determination and certainty of the truth of my path filled me during this meditation. Swimming upstream felt so invigorating and healing.
