I want to invite you all to sit back and relax and really wiggle yourself into that comfortable position where you can sit down take a breath in and out and take a breath in and out and welcome to this meditation with Ramona the beautiful Ramona that invites us to life through the lens of joy so take a breath in and out and just feel your presence right here being here really know that this is your moment to relax to go into this relaxation position and just be here take a breath in and out and close your eyes and just feel into your body how your heart rhythm is slowing down into that relaxed motion that suits you and feel how your muscles are relaxing down and to really find your footing for this meditation take a breath in and in your mind's eye kind of open your arms open your arms to welcome Ramona she's gonna jump up she's gonna find it really cool position and she's gonna snuggle with you take a breath in and out cool Ramona brought you a nice cuddle a little nice gift for you that is yours to keep and just feel how you're settling in to this energy of calmness you can feel a smile that is you know getting ready to be present on your face and and this smile it's good for your face it relaxes all the serious frown muscles they can relax for a moment and if you feel that your mind is wandering off just take a breath in and out and just feel your body feel that your mind is wandering off just take a breath in and out good and Ramona is asking us to in her mind's eye have a look at our favorite favorite walking place she's picturing a beautiful green grass with trees and there are benches and she's walking in front of us she's walking in front of you and she's just enjoying it she's inviting you to do the same thing so if you feel like you have a skip in you in you go and skip and follow Ramona on this beautiful field of green green grass it's a beautiful spring day the sun is shining it's warm but not too hot the birds are happy they're building their nests and they're just so pleased that so pleased that you can you just can feel how abundance is is just coming trees are starting to create the first beginnings of new leaves and Ramona walks all the way up to this beautiful tree an amazing tree and she sits there she invites you to lean against the tree and she finds her way next to you and you kind of feel how this tree is just embracing you like a warm hug and this tree is very well grounded these roots are going into earth like anchors and it's holding and it's strong and and all the energy of the tree is coming up and it's connecting with your back and it's really supporting you and it's supporting Ramona and she is through your hands she is soaking up that healing energy that tree is giving you and and now you're getting aware of that healing energy that is coming from the roots of the earth through the tree through you to share with Ramona and you you can just feel how your own body is also reviving and feeling that new beginning a new chapter take a breath in and out and out and Ramona is asking you to share with her one thing one good story to share a place where you a story that made you laugh so hard that you that you belly hurt when you started laughing it's one of those stories you love sharing because it's so positive and she's looking right into your eye and she's asking you to share it so take a breath in and let yourself being transformed to that place to that so so funny moment where you laughed and laughed and laughed really embrace that joy Ramona is just looking at you like this is the best story ever and then she looks at me and you and she goes like let's play and you think like okay okay let's play let's play so she brings you this this toy of hers and she's like just throw the toy i'm going to get it so you throw the toy and she comes back really happy and if she licks your face she sits next to you and she goes like you know it's a really good moment to be on this planet right now there's so much to be grateful for and so much abundance and she asks you to share all the things that you are grateful for take a breath in and really soak up that feeling of abundance that feeling of gratitude and feeling of abundance and healing that you know that it is special to be right here at this moment she wants you to remind you that although it's been a really difficult time and it took such a long time for change to be present that you you didn't get to a stat still you got to enjoy different things you got time to rest up and to heal to sleep and to do things that you normally don't do so take a deep breath into that deep breath into that and breathe out Ramona now asks you to look at the toy that you were holding that she brought to you and she asks you so what kind of toy do you see what does it mean to you and just when you feel that your mind is wondering just breathe in and breathe out and just look at the toy that you're holding and that message that comes with this toy especially for you because she knows what you need this toy is so much more it is a support system it's pick you up it's an invitation for you to enjoy and to go out and about and do the things that you really truly heart-feltly want to do Ramona kind of snuggles up to you and the two of you find your way back to the tree sitting there and really soak up that healing energy coming through the roots in the tree take a breath in and out really good really good really take your moment here and sit into this healing energy you can send this energy anywhere in your body where it needs to go you can hold your hand on Ramona and it can go to her and just really really soak it up take a breath in and out and Ramona gives you one more cuddle she picks you on your face and then she goes her own way she runs off she parks says goodbye don't forget to thank her and the toy is yours she can keep it that's yours to keep close to your heart as a sign of support and joy and an invitation to go do your own thing and then feel how the tree slowly goes into being your chair into that support system and take a breath in and out and then wiggle your head from side to side maybe give yourself a big big stretch and then when you're ready open your eyes
