In this 5-minute practice, you’ll place your hands gently on the crown of your head (or hover above) and invite Reiki to flow for your highest good. We begin at the crown to calm the mind, soothe the nervous system, and create a quiet doorway into stillness. There is nothing to fix and nothing to force. Breathe, notice sensations, and let Reiki meet you exactly where you are. Perfect for daily practice, busy days, or whenever you want a gentle reset.

5-minute Yoshi Reiki Meditation The Crown and Position Welcome.

Reiki is a quiet practice of coming home to yourself.

With gentle hands and a simple intention,

We invite balance,

Ease,

And restoration.

We start at the crown,

The doorway into stillness,

Not to thrive upwards,

But to soften the mind and let the whole system settle.

Nothing to fix,

Nothing to force,

Just a few minutes of receiving what your body already knows how to accept.

So get comfortable,

Sitting or laying down.

Let your shoulders soften,

Unclench your jaw and take a slow breath in and a more extended breath out.

Let's do that one more time.

Take a slow breath in and a more extended breath out.

Gently bring your hands to the top of your head,

Resting gently on the crown.

If a touch doesn't feel right today,

Let your hands hoover above your head.

Light and easy.

Take another breath in and as you exhale,

Let your body sink into whatever is supporting you.

Feel the ease.

Quietly,

In your own way,

Set an intention.

Reiki,

Please flow through me for my highest good.

And now,

You don't have to do anything.

You don't need to push.

You don't need to try.

You just allow.

Now,

Feel the weight of your hands,

Feel the warmth of your palms or the gentle space between your hands and head.

Breathe in slowly and breathe out gently.

If thoughts move through your mind,

That is completely okay.

You don't have to chase them or stop them.

Just notice and return to the sensation of your hands,

Your breath,

Your stillness.

Imagine the crown of your head as a soft opening to light,

Not a bright spotlight,

More like a morning light through the window.

Easy,

Safe and quiet.

With each inhale,

Invite a little more openness.

With each exhale,

Let something soften.

A tension you didn't realize you were holding.

A tightness around your eyes.

A pressure in the forehead.

A busy feeling in the mind.

Let Reiki meet you exactly where you are.

And now,

For a few breaths,

Simply receive.

Inhale and allow.

Exhale and soften.

If you feel warmth,

Tingling,

Pulsing,

Coolness,

Emotion or a deep calm,

Perfect.

And if you feel nothing at all,

Awesome,

Perfect.

Reiki is flowing beyond what the mind can measure.

Stay here for a few more slow breaths.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Gently begin to close.

Take a last slow inhale and a long,

Releasing exhale.

When you're ready,

Lift your hands from your crown and bring them to your heart.

Feel your heartbeat.

Feel your presence.

And quietly say,

Thank you Reiki.

Thank you body.

Thank you me.

Wiggle your fingers,

Your toes.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

And soft and steady,

Returning to your day.

Welcome back and welcome home.
