Starting by having your cup of cacao ready.

Start to ground into your body.
You may clear the energy of the room using sage or incense.
Sensing your seat on the ground,
Holding your cacao in your hands.
Feeling the warmth of her nourishing nature.
Allowing roots to grow deep down into the earth as you inhale and exhale.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale and exhale.
I hereby open the sacred space.
We welcome the spirits of the earth,
Air,
Water,
And fire.
May we be guided by the wisdom of the cacao plant.
As we journey with in today.
Bring your cup up to heart level.
Acknowledging the journey cacao took to reach you.
Mama cacao.
Breathing in and out.
Allowing Mama cacao to bring you bliss and gratitude on our journey today.
Mama cacao,
We invite your heart opening energy into the circle.
We give thanks to the heart of the sky,
The earth and the hands that tended these trees.
May this elixir nourish our bodies and awaken our spirits.
Focus on your personal goal or a feeling they wish to call in.
Take a moment to ask,
Why are you here?
What do you wish to release?
And what do you wish to receive?
Take a nice deep inhale and blowing your intention into your cup.
Mindful sipping,
Taking three intentional sips to connect with different aspects of your being.
First sip connecting to your physical body and the warmth of the drink.
The essence of cacao.
Swirl the drink around your mouth.
Finding gratitude for the drink.
Gratitude for the cacao.
Second sip.
Focus on your heart center.
Inviting openness and love.
Bringing cup to mouth with gratitude and love.
Inhaling in taking a sip swishing the cacao around your mouth.
Swallow.
Inviting openness and love.
Our third sip connects us to our intuition and higher wisdom.
Same process.
Swishing the cacao around your mouth.
Allowing,
Acknowledging,
Connecting with your higher wisdom.
You may keep sipping as we come into the meditation part.
Breathing in.
Whenever you're ready to take another sip of your cacao.
Allowing the bliss to start to come.
As we breathe in.
Inhaling feeling the opening with closed eyes.
Exhale,
You may feel a gentle rush of energy.
Inhaling.
Inhaling,
Allowing the opening,
Allowing the bliss to come through the crown of your head.
Settling its way into your heart center.
Taking time here to reflect.
To reflect on what does joy feel like in my body right now?
What is my heart whispering to me today?
You may place your hand on your heart center.
While we sit in a moment of reflection.
Knowing that in this time,
Our cacao will peak at about 20 minutes after drinking.
Breathing in.
In this 20 minutes,
You may have pops of clarity.
You may feel like you get the wiggles in your body.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
And exhaling.
Parts of your body may be calling to you.
Feel free to place your hands on these parts of your body.
If you have Reiki practice,
You may choose to do psychic surgery.
If not just placing your hands,
Gently collecting the tension and pulling it out of your body.
If you have not already finished your cacao,
Feel free to do so now.
Allowing the gratitude of practice to come through to your heart center.
With gratitude of this beautiful plant medicine.

You may also start to allow some gentle movement.
If this feels good for you in this moment.
Knowing that where you are right now is completely okay.
Turning into the feeling of bliss as the cacao slowly and gently starts to immerse into your body.
Reinstating your intention.

Simply noticing if your digestion starts to kick in.
If you start to hear gurgles in your belly.
You may sense tingling on your skin.
You may sense a sudden rush of energy.
Just really allowing the bliss to come as you turn into the bliss.

Breathing in.
Breathing out.
As our mentor like to say,
Let's play.
Play with the sense and the journey of cacao.
Knowing that at any time you can open your eyes.
Breathing in and out.
Allowing your experience to take hold.

Allowing the insights of this beautiful plant medicine to come to you and move through you.

Let's start to visualize roots growing from your spine into the earth.
Grounding your energy as the spirit of Mama cacao and Mama Gaia or Panchamama takes hold.
Inhaling,
Visualizing roots coming out of your spine and into the earth.
Allowing yourself to ground down all the way through your body.
Allowing your sacrum to ground.
Allowing all parts of you to stay rooted and grounded in this moment.
If any emotions start to come out,
And up to be recognized,
Name them.
Allow them to happen.
There is nothing wrong with experiencing this during ceremony.
Continuing growing the roots deep into the center,
The core of the earth.

Breathing out in this beautiful garden of alchemy that we call our lived experience.

Visualize becoming a cacao tree with the roots growing.
Each of your intentional sips,
Your intentions for practice.
Become the cacao fruit or seed.
Each breath,
We grow our roots deeper into the planet.
Honoring Mama cacao,
Honoring the seeds,
The plants,
The cacao that is grown from the tree that we are creating together today.
Breathing in with heartfelt,
Blissful intentions for Mama cacao.
Breathing out heartfelt,
Loving intentions of gratitude for Mama Gaia and what Mama Gaia offers us.
Inhaling in,
Exhaling out.
Allowing insights to come into your body.
Allowing guidance from from Mama cacao.
And from your spiritual ancestors and guides to come in to play with cacao.
Bring a gentle smile to your face.
Allowing your nervous system to stay grounded through your ceremonial practice.
