Come in and take a nice seat,

Allowing your mind to simply start to wander as we funnel into our body using our breath.
All we're required to do is breathe in through the nose and breathe out through the nose.

Allowing to visualize yourself on the edge of an ocean.
You're sitting on the beach of warm white sand,
The sky,
The most beautiful colors that you have ever imagined.
You feel centered,
Grounded,
Held by the space,
By the visualization,
By Mother Earth.
Breathing in and feel the sensations of being in this space.
And breathe out.
Inhale and exhale.
As the tide comes in,
You feel the water kiss your toes.
As the tide rolls out,
You feel a yearning to immerse yourself in the ocean.
This visualization may be different.
It could be in a hot tub,
A bathtub,
A pool,
Wherever you feel most comfortable.
Next,
You gently,
Slowly stand up in your groundedness and rootedness and you slowly walk into the ocean.
So slowly that you feel every part of your foot hit the ground,
The sand.
Next,
You walk.
You walk until your hips are at the water's height and you stand here.
You stand here and you allow the gentle waves of the ocean to soothe your body at hip depth.
You notice that there is a nice,
Strong,
Sturdy reed beside you that you can tie around your waist.
Moving in and out,
You tie this reed around your waist and you notice that it holds you but allows you to move still.
You feel confident to take your feet off the ground,
Off the ocean floor to start floating.
Nice and gently,
You lay your head back into the water,
Your arms out to the side and your legs starfish.
You are floating carefree,
No worries in the world.
You notice that you feel light and anything that has been bothering you as of late suddenly dissipates.
You just float here knowing that you are 100% safe.
You're being held.
You're in this expansive state.
Breathing in and out,

The ocean starts to ask you to release,
Release whatever you are comfortable with.
This could be anxiety.
This could be a worry or a concern that has been on your mind a lot.
This could be having trouble sleeping,
Anything that may be holding you back from peace in your own mind.
Breathing in and out,
Floating allowing the water to gently hold you in a place of surrender.
There's no pushing here,
There's no forcing,
We're just floating.

We enter into silence now for you to explore how floating feels to you fully relaxed and fully held.

And you're floating,
You're simply just floating.

You can stay in this space to take you farther into sleep.
